She was able to do something I have been asking to be done for about 6 years!!!
Thank you again Linda for your help and kindness!!
She called on 2/12/25, and my husband was having surgery, Her call helped in taking some anxiety away.
AmeriGas gets many negative reviews so I really wanted to take the time to share my positive encounter with them.
Linda, was actually the first person to call back like she said she would. I'm sure it helped that she was located in
the USA. ♥️

3 years and I STILL have a temporary tank!! Never delivers on time. But expects you to pay $300 emergency fee when tank runs out!!

I was out of town when my neighbor called to tell me that my house was freezing. Asked him to check my tank - which was empty. Even though I'm on the automatic fill program. Called customer service, they told me that I had taken myself off of it when I called in my tank level 9mo earlier. I asked why then had I been getting automatic fills ever since? I requested that they schedule an immediate delivery so my pipes didn't freeze. They wanted $200 for a next day delivery, meaning a delivery was possible, but they wanted me to pay for their mistakes. After multiple layers of management I was promised emergency delivery at no charge. Every day I looked & and emergency delivery was scheduled. I had several neighbors taking turns waiting in case they needed in the house. TWO WEEKS LATER MY PROPANE ARRIVED!

Why is Amerigas propane price always double everyone else. I was going to fill up early to beat the rush and maybe get a better price, but it's 4.79 a gallon. You would think they would give their long term customers a break once in a while. I still owe 1700 from last winter. I just called tank farm. I'm done.

Customer service sucks, can't talk to anyone from the USA. I always prepay for my propane and now all of a sudden I'm getting a bill for $33. Called to find out what that is they can't answer, they can't adjust it, all they say is I owe it. There is so much money flowing through AmeriGas and I have been a long time customer, which I'm seriously thinking of changing providers not because of the $33 just because of the heartache and headaches of dealing with customer service. Still sitting with a $33 bill that I refuse to pay

Your price is twice other suppliers.You charge 195 to rent tank , because I can't use twice my tanks capacity.

I was just charged 4.12/gallon for tank refill. The average in my area is 2.44. My new current life mission is finding a new provider! Update, found Tankfarm, offering 1.97/gallon will deliver tank and set up for free. No rental fees, no contract. Look it up!!!

I’m changing gas companies, we had our gas lock on us for a busy weekend. The driver instead of calling us back, shut it off after calling to find out where the tanks were located. I’m not paying that bill.
