Tried to pick up order after hours but was unable to. the scanner system outside would beep like it recognized the barcode but the screen would not change. then i called the customer help number and no one picked up and the mailbox was full so i couldnt leave a message. i had to go during business hours, which was not what i was expecting.

Gave me the “you have to present this coupon when you drop it off, not when you pick it up and pay the bill” BS. Never been to place that did it this way and they didn’t specify so feel a bit cheated. What’s the difference? Just serves to piss off clients.

I trapsed around the city before coming to Tide Cleaners to get a feather/down mattress topper dry cleaned. Other cleaners either couldn't clean this type of household item or wanted to charge almost as much as the item originally cost for cleaning. Additionally, competitors said it would be sent out and returned in 2 to 3 weeks! Tide Cleaners' price quote was not only the lowest but also an objectively fair price too. Where they really shined was in 3 places: a) their customer communication... I got text notices about the status of my item; b) efficiency - while I was told a week or so, my item was ready for pickup 3 short days later. That seemed like dry cleaning magic, as far as I was concerned; and c) Quality of work - the item came back looking, smelling, and feeling great. It was protectively packaged, and good as or better than new.
The people working there helpful, professional, and polite.
Needless to say, this was a great first experience. I plan to bring all of my dry cleaning here.
Finally, they have an app and if you load coupons into the app or present them when checking your items in, you can save quite a bit.

They called to say 2 of my buttons broke on my wool coat, they could just replace 2 or all so they would match. I went to pick it up and they put cheap brownish and one gray on my coat and they didn’t even match up when I button it. Never go there ever again! Before I left I pointed it out and the female tried to take charge (bully)and speak for the guy who I originally spoke with both times.

My comforter was ready days before it was promised, coupon was accepted, friendly staff. All good! Nice clean comforter!

Quality of cleaning is good. Service from some people good, others not so good. I asked for half my shirts to be hung up and the others boxed, and I get them all boxed. I have to spell my name very slow and methodically. I understand the challenge of fi ding good workers, but when they cannot do the job they should be let go.

My clothes always come back beautifully. I don't go anywhere else. My only complaint is the personnel. I believe they need to be trained to smile and have some enthusiasm. You have a great business, but I believe you’re loosing people because you’re not training your people to believe in your culture.

While there was a little confusion when I brought my household item for dry cleaning, reaching out via their website proved to be very helpful. Our bedspread was beautifully cleaned and returned in a breathable plastic bag made specifically for these types of items. I will return to have other household items cleaned in the near future.
