“Update: I received a call almost immediately after posting my initial review. The senior associate was very apologetic and got me in touch with the local dispatch center. The local facility went out of their way to move up my delivery and got it installed right away. Now to RXO, there's a pretty clear disconnect between your customer service team and local dispatchers, but your local team in Cleveland took great care of us once they knew about the issue.”
“I don’t understand the bad reviews. I have been using this location for years and have never had a bad experience. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. I’ve had one experience where a package went missing at the other end and the owner was very helpful in helping me file my claim. I highly recommend this location.”
“I know i must have left a review here before. We have been going to Ohio Export now for many years to send packages to Poland and we live on the southneast side of metro Columbus. Why? No other real choice. But truthfully it is because we trust Pan Roman i jego syn, Marko. They have always treated me like family. Last year when there was a delay, Pan Roman called me to apologize for the delay. Where else do you find this kind of treatment? If I lived in metro Cleveland, I would visit them regularly to chat as friends.”

“I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up some speakers that were to be delivered to my house....based on other experiences with other companies I expected problems.....everyone was very nice, from the person who answered the phone and set up the pick up to the guy who brought it out and was nice enough to help us load the car. I was pretty impressed with everyone I dealt with.”
“These Men and ladies give amazing service . I needed some documents copied ,then scanned onto a USB drive. Alaska used high quality heavy paper for the documents and put the scanned files in the right folders on my usb drive. I will now use this location for all of my documents.”
“These five stars are SPECIFICALLY for the gal with the septum piercing who RUNS that print center. I always take my Amazon returns there and everytime I'm in she's always very professional, friendly and is clearly running her buns off trying to hold that print center together. If you don't see her as a valuable employee you better start immediately.”

“This terminal called me to schedule a residential delivery. Knowing how difficult it would be for a driver to get a tractor back on my street with a delivery van I set up a dock pick up. These employees were very courteous and keep a clean building by dock standards. Freight was in good shape with no damage.”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me.
