they usually have the best stuff but the pricing is ridiculous. charging $15 for a cardigan they got for free. i might as well go to an actual store at that point.

Tbh, it's taken me a while to write this review because I was so upset by what happened. The last time I made a donation, my car was damaged by a Savers employee. Read on >>>
Been in the process of downsizing from a 4 bedroom / 2 car garage to a 2 bedroom / 1 car condo. Since last year I have donated an estimated amount of over $3k in usable (really nice quality) goods such as furniture, art, toys, home goods, tools, clothes, & pet care supplies. Everything donated has been either a true antique, or from one of the following: Target, Macy's, Crate&Barrel, Neiman Marcus, Dick's, WhiteHouse BlackMarket, Ikea, Saks 5th Avenue, AT Loft, Barnes & Noble, and World Market. Included have been outdoor items like gardening care and sporting goods accessories. (Also, I used to visit about once a week to shop for books and I've never seen anything bigger that I donated which makes me think they were scalped before hitting the floor.)
The last items I donated were 2 bikes (about 1 year old, kept in storage with no rust, plus new bike locks, helmets, and custom seats). The bikes. I've moved bikes in the back of my SUV before, and sometimes (because bike shapes are awkward) they may shift while en route. So, I pull up to the drop-off donation door and since my tailgate was bungeed down, I got out to begin getting the door open to remove the bike. The thinner, older, paler white man who looks very gritty country (mid-40s) came out to gather the donations as they do. As I was crouching down to adjust the handle bars of the bike to open my tailgate, he walked over and I told him, "Wait I think it's stuck."
He completely ignored me and just grabbed my tailgate and pulled.
If you guessed, you are correct. The tip of the handle bar was caught on the inside tailgate panel. When he forced the door open, the top of the panel caught and was ripped out of the door. And it can't go back in the way it came out because of the 10 plastic bob-knobs that attach it.
But he got the bike, so he saw his job as done. As soon as it happened, I started yelling that just he had damaged my car. I was met with a shrug, and that expression men give women when they think they're acting overemotional. Smh.
Ended up speaking with Patti, the manager, over the whole situation. She came out and looked at my SUV and claimed it may be hard to prove since it would be a 'she-said vs. he-said' scenario, and I didn’t have a camera on the interior of my vehicle at the time, so it can't be seen if that's how the damage actually occurred. But if I could get an estimate from a repair shop, she would submit that to their home office to see what could be done. She also said he did admit that he heard me say "wait," but he thought I meant "help" and misunderstood. So, he did hear me.
After seeing if Firestone across the street could just help me pop in back in for free (Patti's suggestion), I went and got an estimate from a body repair shop per the crew at Firestone. Quoted almost $450, I contacted my car insurance company, and then my legal aid to inform them what happened. Since I wasn't technically in the vehicle at the time, and it's a 'she-said vs. he-said' case it's typically nulled, and I would spend more time and hassle dealing with a court and fees than the initial damage overall.
So in the end, I've donated really nice items up to $3k and in return had my car damaged about $450 by a disgruntled employee who can't take responsibility for his actions and admit when he made a mistake. Patti was really nice, but I do hold responsible companies that employ people like that. I will not be donating / shopping here ever again.

I rarely visit this Savers anymore. The prices are outrageous. $18 for a non-designer used dress? $13 for a worn out old flannel from Kohl's? It's ridiculously overpriced. Moreso than any other thrift store in the area. It's super disappointing. The self checkout is nice, but otherwise it's absolutely insane. I bought 3 jackets today and my bill was $78.

The prices here are astronomical and quite frankly comedic. Charging $5.99 for used $1 old navy flip flops?! There were also a lot of items that had been re-donated and the new price was 2x the original goodwill tag. You might find something once in a while for a good deal but mostly overpriced.

Thought this was a used clothing store. So why are they asking top dollar for stuff people gave them for free. Ridiculous. And i know all thrift store prices went up but at least good will gives back to the community. This place is literally a money grab. They dont even have a changing room and do honor returns. So they basically want Gabriel prices and then if something doesnt fit you cant even return it. I will no longer support these stupid stores.

Prices have gotten out of control. This location usually has a great selection for clothing, but $12 for a tank top is absurd. There was a tag for a shirt for 4.99 it still had the store tag on it for $3
