I used to love going here, The prices were good it was clean everything is organized by size but now the prices have went up tremendously. And I also noticed at every thrift store , ahat they take items off the rack and reprice them higher when they're going to have their half off day. today I was just there and I noticed that almost every bra was $11.99. how is that affordable for people that are not able to buy new stuff? I completely understand that the employees need to get paid but I know Goodwill CEOs salaries outrageous I haven't looked at savers but I'm going to bet he's living nice. Everything they get is free It's all donated. There should be regulations on prices. Almost every single thing that I bought that was electrical or electronic was broken or barely worked. So not only are Bay pricing things outrageously high but they also sell things that are broken and don't work right. I normally don't leave bad reviews but somebody needs to speak up

Not the best Savers I’ve been to. They really didn’t have anything interesting at this location.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing for a thrift store. A simple sweater for $16. A photo frame in imperfect condition for $20. egregiously greedy.

What a dump!
Store is always filthy
Walked in and the men's room was out of order AGAIN
So I headed to the front where a feminine guy with a bandana and a mask was standing. I asked to be let into the ladies room because I had to go.
He refused and told me to go next door to Aldi.
He could have let me in but didn't want to walk back there and open the locked door.
This place is filthy and stinks, and I get it that it's a thrift store but clean up your act. They could learn a lot about cleanliness from common threads

shoutout to MEL!!! (i think their name was Mel - person working the morning of 7/20 with black curly hair and glasses)
some other person used my phone number to make a savers account years ago, so i’ve never been able to use the self checkout here without getting an employee to come over and verify my phone number. Mel deleted my number from the other person’s account so i won’t have to do that ever again. it’s a very small thing but im super grateful to be able to use the self checkout without employee assistance from now on 🥰

The place is currently shut down for a bed bug infestation. Supposedly it's not the first time either.

We're from out of town, and had never been to a Savers. It was a great experience and we'll stop at one again. It was clean and very well organized.

Having to return everything when it doesn't fit and get a store credit within 2 weeks is super annoying. Bring back the dressing rooms!

Drove 30 minutes to come here… I have a half full cart and I go to look at one of the put out racks, and the second I touched one of the shirts, the girl working SNATCHES the rack over, I was like okay she’s taking it somewhere else. As soon as I walked away, she brought it right back to the same spot, which then I realized it was intentional and she did that because I went to go look at it. She then started whispering to the worker next to her and they were both looking at me. It was probably the rudest thing I have ever experienced in customer service. Like when I say snatch, she yanked this rack from me and immediately put it back to where it was 5 seconds later, when I started walking away. She had this NASTY energy, seeping from her. Mean girl!!!!!! I was so upset, I left my cart full and just walked out. I would never come here again after this. Not to mention, the prices are absurd. I’m talking, $15-$20 for pants, dresses, etc. Easily the highest priced thrift store around.

Unbelievable, how shady and downhill this place has gone . Employees are rude, they are completely incompetent and uneducated about their own store and their policies. Place is filthy and Clothing is mislabeled and overpriced, and when you try to return the cloths that don’t fit they switched exchanges only Even though it’s not like they’re gonna have the same article of clothing in the right size it’s a damn thrift store , And of course, with this policy they got rid of their dressing room to scam you out of more money because now you can’t try on the clothes so they trap you Scummy scummy scummy
