The bank manager didn't know what Google pay was and didn't want to let me withdraw money from my account until the next day because she, "didn't feel comfortable", even though I provided my driver's license and bank card. Had to travel over an hour to my home branch, where they said that there was no reason she should've withheld the money, and they had never heard of someone withholding money like that. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Most horrible PNC you can go, every time I go there get disappointed, a bank who can’t cash you a check more than 2k most unprofessional stuff work there. Not first time happening to me.

Just left the bank because i couldn’t cash a $3600 dollar check.The lady there told me that she could give me $3000.I asked for the manager just to let him/her know that this is the 3-4 time that this happened to me and there’s no manager on shift.Been going to this bank for over 16 years,16 years and it was my last time going.The WORST pnc around here.
