All the employees who helped me were super helpful and incredibly attentive! I was in and out with my paint and supplies in less than 10-15 minutes. No stress, super easy!

Buyer beware. Lowes claims Amazon price match, but adds a theoretical shipping cost to the Lowes price match product, even though you a a Prime Member (with free shipping)…. despite the fact the identical product is currently in stock at the store. This is NOT a price match!

I've been here at least once a week every week for the last 4 years while we've been remodeling our house, and this location always comes thru--the staff and selection is ALWAYS on point. Last night I even tried the online ordering with delivery. As it was my first time, I was a little skeptical about the right product being delivered and being on time, however, everything went perfectly and I received the correct product the next morning. I've been to the other local locations on occasion and they don't compare to the Rocky River store, thank you for all your hard work and for being so consistent.

Amazing customer service! Employee Ted helped me carry out a very large ladder and lended me their tape measure to guarantee it would fit in my car! Non pushy and kind. Thank you!

Nice people there. Talked to 2 sales associates for 20 minutes or better finding these locking plyers for my son's birthday. This finished off his plyers set.
They have Cobalt, Craftsman and Klein tools. Very pleased with my trip and assistance.

Ted is amazing.(tool department) I had issues at another location. So I came to the Rockyriver location to get what I wanted. Ted and his team made this a fantastic experience all around. From the few phone calls and a slight change in the color of the item that my husband wanted. Ted was more then willing to accommodate us. KUDOS!!! And a BIG Thank you.
Even though I live 25 minutes from this location if and when I do need something from Lowes I will come to this location. Customer service was fantastic. Thanks Ted!!!

Lowe's is a very neat store well-organized, my only complaint here is when I was in there the other day they called for help for me two times and finally after standing in the aisle for 45 minutes I just walked out of the store completely disgusted that they would leave someone stand there for 45 minutes. I would occasionally seen an employee walk by the aisle look down see me and keep on going, I'm not sure where customer service is these days.

** READ BEFORE CONSIDERING APPLIANCE DELIVERY**
I ordered a washer and dryer from this Lowe's location with delivery. The delivery team removed my door to fit the appliances in, but must have bent or broken something in the process of removing the door because after they put it back on the door will not close or lock.
The Lowe's damage department has been less than helpful and have told me that it's my problem to fix and that they may be able to get me reimbursement if my claim is accepted.
For the time being, there is no way to physically close or lock my outside facing door, meaning that it is impossible to lock my house until this is made whole again.
The door functioned fully before it was removed for this purpose.
Edit: June 18th
My dispute is still not settled and nobody has accepted any accountability for what happened. I consider my complaint unresolved.

I think zero should be an option or a negative number cuz that would be more appropriate for my experience today. Went into Lowe's to get a specific item basically it's a wand that attaches to your garden hose to create like a pressure washer type situation. So I checked on the website just make sure that they actually had it and it said they had them available so I went to Lowe's to pick it up. Show out to lawn and garden I go and I find a young lady and ask her where this wand is she has no idea what I'm talking about unfortunately I hadn't brought my phone in so I really couldn't show it to her but she just clearly didn't even understand what it was I was looking for I mean as far as she was concerned I was looking for a bathrobe. So her decision was that they just didn't have it. So I just said okay walked away figured I'd go find somebody else who might know a little bit more about what I was looking for and I said it came around the corner I see her talking to an older gentleman so I stopped cuz I thought maybe she's asking him what it is and he just looks at me and says what she says we don't have it we don't have it. But she wouldn't know whether they had it or not she didn't even know what it was I was looking for. I decided I would just go to home Depot hopefully somebody there would know what I was looking for and I walked past another gentleman by the name of Mike and I decided to ask Mike Mike knew exactly what it was I was looking for he walked right out to lawn and garden he grabbed it he handed it to me that was the end of that. I saw the young lady again and showed her what it was I was looking for she did not seem to be the least bit interested, she couldn't have cared less. Next I was looking for a spay bottle to attached to my garden hose common sensez lawn and garden, but the young lady that worked in lawn and garden clearly did not know where anything was so asking her would have just been a few tile attempt. So I come across the young man and I asked him about it and he drags me down to the auto department where they have an armor all bottle that's 30 some dollars I knew they had to have them somewhere else, but he insisted that was all they had. Consequently I go back to lawn and garden and walk up and down every isle, and I found what I was looking for in pesticides for 9.00. Seriously do these people have any kind of training I'm okay with them not knowing where something is but make an effort to find somebody who does. I needed two things from Lowe's and it took me almost an hour to find them pay for him and get out of there
