I've been a frequent shopper here for YEARS! There's been a lot of positives but a few negatives as well. The owner is such a sweetheart. And I love all the cute products they carry here. Since I do most of my card shopping here, it gets tricky to make sure I don't buy repeats for the same person. So I'd love more refresh of cards more often. Also, I feel like it's gotten better, but the employees really do make you feel judged! You can definitely tell you're in a snooty area when you shop in here, with the products and the attitude! Also, I absolutely LOVE how much they deck out the store for Christmas

Above and beyond! A year ago a Christmas garland that I was searching for forever was on their website, I was so devastated to learn it was sold out! A couple emails back and forth in my desperate search and no luck. Fast forward to a year later and Kate reaches out to me that they found 2! What!? I was blown away by the kindness and just overall amazingness that she remembered I so badly wanted it! She shipped it that day and a few days later it's here with me in Virginia! Can't say thank you enough and what a wonderful reminder there are still truly kind and thoughtful people out there. A Christmas miracle!!

The staff at Lovely Paperie & Gifts Shop deserves special recognition. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. This store has great products but the owners should pick better staff. The staff is mostly older women and completely judge people by how they look. I've tried it myself multiple times and as have others. If you aren't a white woman who is dressed very well, you might as well be invisble. Before Christmas I went in and one of the staff was helping someone and she completely stepped and stood in front of me to show this other person the product. The owners are super nice so it's surprising their staff is arrogant and judgmental.

This store has it all and is my absolute favorite place to shop! If you need a gift for your in-laws, they have it. An anniversary card for your partner, they gave it. Items to help host a party, they have so many different options you’ll want to buy them all. A cute outfit, you’re all set at Lovely! I can go on and on about this place and it’s seriously the best ever! You can never go wrong. From the amazing owner to the welcoming workers, you are always greeted with a smile and they are always willing to help!! Can’t praise this store enough!
