Finally a great auto service center for foreign cars. They know there stuff, and don't overcharge. In fact they were cheaper on a couple repairs, than other shops,, Ralph, Dave and Shawn are great.

Replaced expensive part on my older Mercedes SL. The part from Mercedes arrived missing a micro switch. When confronted with this Mercedes was reluctant to supply the missing part but they persisted and got it.Have been a satisfied, continuous customer for 50 years. I purchased my low milage 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 from a Mercedes dealership recently and wanted to find a respected, independent shop that I could rely on for all of the routine services and repair needs throughout my vehicles lifetime. I solicited recommendations from some trusted auto enthusiast friends, read reviews online, and did my due diligence. Leo Lucks in Rocky River, OH is where all of the signs pointed to.I took my Mercedes to Leo Lucks on Thursday, Oct. 20 after scheduling the appointment a week in advance. When I dropped off my vehicle, they told me that it would take about an hour or so. I walked down the street to Starbucks, grabbed some coffee and walked back to Leo Lucks an hour later. As I was walking back, I saw the technician bringing my car out of the garage - precisely one hour. Upon entering the shop, I met the owner and engaged in a 20 minute conversation where we discussed the history of his business, and our mutual passion for German cars generally and Mercedes-Benz specifically. I also solicited feedback and advice on the best ways to care for my C300 to best ensure that it treats me well for years to come.I walked away from my first experience at Leo Lucks with the upmost confidence that I had found the best local, independent shop to care for my Mercedes. Not only was the work performed well, but the customer service was second to none, and the cost was about 40% less than a Mercedes-Benz dealership.All in all, I am very happy with Leo Lucks and will be back for my Mercedes future service and repair needs.

My friend went here to see what was going on with their power steering. Was quoted $2500 for repairs. They took it to another shop and were quoted $50. All it was was a loose sensor.

Would not recommend or go back to Leo Luck with my car. They charged me for a repair that they did not do and when I brought it back they said it was fixed when it was not. I took it to another repair place that just shook their head. Don't go here for major work, they don't know what they're doing.

My experience has always been satisfying, with 4 different cars - - Austin-Healy, M-B, BMW & Audi. Ralph Luck services many others also. For exhaust systems, he will refer you to an outside source dealing exclusively in full standard & custom work. Long-time member in good standing on Angie's List!
