“I trapsed around the city before coming to Tide Cleaners to get a feather/down mattress topper dry cleaned. Other cleaners either couldn't clean this type of household item or wanted to charge almost as much as the item originally cost for cleaning. Additionally, competitors said it would be sent out and returned in 2 to 3 weeks! Tide Cleaners' price quote was not only the lowest but also an objectively fair price too. Where they really shined was in 3 places: a) their customer communication... I got text notices about the status of my item; b) efficiency - while I was told a week or so, my item was ready for pickup 3 short days later. That seemed like dry cleaning magic, as far as I was concerned; and c) Quality of work - the item came back looking, smelling, and feeling great. It was protectively packaged, and good as or better than new.
The people working there helpful, professional, and polite.
Needless to say, this was a great first experience. I plan to bring all of my dry cleaning here.
Finally, they have an app and if you load coupons into the app or present them when checking your items in, you can save quite a bit.”

“It is a nice place. They keep it clean so far things are up-to-date. The one thing that stands out to me. The reason why they won’t get five stars is because they advertise free dry but when you look at it, it’s 40 cents and with that 40cents, you only get six minutes some people may say that that’s nothing a small price to pay but why advertise something free and it’s not”

“Excellent service ! I have my laundry room not functional and have been using their service for about a month now. I have been using their wash and fold service. They have done excellent job with folding. Stuff also messaged me specifically about a pant that had still store tag on. They are prompt with their pick ups and drop offs. Scheduling is so easy through website. The folding is almost like ironed clothes. No wrinkles. Would recommend this service to anyone needing one. Hands down the best !”

“Went here today to wash my boat mattress covers. This facility has all different size heavy duty washing machines and heavy duty dryers. The machines are marked for load sizes. As I was sitting here waiting for my load to finish, I did the math and found that the four load machine is your best value.”

“They are miracle workers! I fell down my front steps with a tray of rigatoni in my hands. The sauce (which had cream in it) got all over my wool blend jacket. This happened on Saturday evening. Monday at lunch I dropped it off with very little hope. The clerk assured me they'd get it out. I picked it up on Thursday and the first thing she told me was that it all came out.
