Made an appointment. Showed up and was ignored for half an hour and finally left. Why have appointments and a sign in if they don’t use it? Used to like the place. Time to find a new one. Update. I emailed them after they responded on here. One week later and no reply. Seems the concern was merely lip service

Myself, and my two-year-old son have always had a positive experience. My most recent haircut done by Shannon was probably the best anyone has ever done in 38 years and it’s nice to see such a good service in a time when it seems to be rare!

This place is awesome. Every stylist here is fantastic. I have never had a bad experience. They always try and get me in soonest available. You take care of these ladies and they will be sure to do the same. I refuse to go anywhere else for my haircut.

I had an amazing experience with Paige, my hair stylist at Lady jane’s. She truly lived up to her name by treating me with exceptional care and attention. Paige listened attentively to my preferences and concerns, and she expertly created the best hairstyle I've had in a while. I was impressed with her skill and dedication to making me look and feel my best. I left the salon feeling more confident and satisfied than ever. I can't recommend Paige enough for her top-notch styling and fantastic service.
