I have shopped at this store for over 10 years. I’ve have received nothing but amazing service every time I have come here. Bailey in the bakery always helps me and is so friendly and helpful. Such a personable store. Grateful it’s in my neighborhood.

Employee by the name of Jay likes to chase customers down leaving store and ask to see receipt and does not even bother to look at the receipt. Never has this happened to me or my family and friends! Have been coming here over 20 years! He was rude it was embarrassing and time consuming!

Never had a good experience here. The managers running this place could care less than help you. Short staffed except for the people standing in the hallway too busy talking to keep the help desk open past 6.

it's giant eagle, you know what your getting there. the stocker teenagers are awesome, most of the shoppers are very rude and ignorant.. especially today... check dates, decent specials, always crowded. unbelievably rude shoppers in there again today.... unbelievable edit from today, as a fisherman and seafood lover my entire life, I couldn't believe the stench of rotten seafood today, all of the clams and mollusks were absolutely rotten right there in counter
