Had dinner over in this area the other night and was excited to walk in here after to find a cute dress for this weekend. Upon walking in at 6:50, the cashier rudely greeted us by saying "you know we close in 2 minutes". Instead of just letting us wander around for 5 minutes and possibly spending money at this store, she made us feel uncomfortable, so we left. You probably don't want this young woman running any of your stores. Clearly, you're losing business because of her.

This is a cute boutique type of store but they are located in other cities so it really is not boutique and some would categorise this place as a chain store. It is quite an expensive store too but what I do like about them is they have many gift options. Seriously, you can find so many unique items here and may get 'lost' here for a good hour just looking around. Besides the women's clothing, I seriously love all the cute little finds that you can get here including so many accessories such as (necklaces, earrings, and sunglasses), stationery, tea mugs, etc. It's hard to describe all the many things you can buy here unless you actually walk into the store so read the official description below. Official description -- "Francesca's® specializes in the most fashion-forward styles in women's clothing, accessories and gifts. Our stores are constantly filled with new treasures and our style is always one step ahead of the trend. Each francesca's® boutique has its own charm which means you're sure to find something special and unique at each one!" This particular location is in the shopping plaza in Rocky River, Ohio. It is a neat and well organised store. The customer service was okay. My friend and I who came here were not greeted by the young girl working behind the counter neither did she say goodbye until I said "bye" to her...haha. This didn't bother me because maybe the employee was having a bad day but I thought I would mention this incase other people have customer service as a top priority. *** - This is my 162nd Yelp review overall (updated reviews are not included in this number). - I have written 116 Yelp reviews in 2018.
