I have never had a positive experience at this bank. I literally dread having to walk into this place. I can’t wait to refinance and get away from them.

The staff here are rude. I called trying to get help with an issue with my bank account and the woman that I spoke to on the phone took my information and said "I hope the manager calls you" and of course a full business day has passed with no call. Highly unprofessional. I was already considering changing my banking institution and after 12 years this is the nail in that coffin.

This bank has to be the worst I ever had, can't even get my account info when I call.This branch manager Tammy never even asks me for my account info or tries to help me when I call, they even messed up my savings account interested rate when I opened that as well and the this Tammy bank manager tells me to come in and sign a paper to get a lower rate to protect the mistakes of a old teller who messed up. I will gradually take all my money and banking charge account and mortgage away from this bank due to the fact I get no help on my account.

I am always greeted with a smile and kind “Hello, Bill, how are you today?†We, as a local remodeling company, know the importance of A+ Customer service, and greatly appreciate when it is delivered to us!
