I have a business account with Bank of America, worst decision for my business. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. It’s impossible to make a deposit, it’s impossible to take money out, worst experience ever!!! I cannot even do a normal transaction, then I have to take my own time to talk to 3 different departments with there company just to get it figured out. All for a deposit…let me transfer you to this department, HORRIBLE!!!!

Absolutely LOVE this branch! The BEST set of employees that you can think of working here! I literally feel like I'm walking into my family members house. Doesn’t feel like a bank setting. Sandra and Grant treat me as if I'm family. I couldnt hype the two of them up enough! 10 out of 10 rating. I would recommend Sandra and Grant and the Bank of America (this branch) to every and anyone!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. They can't even give you quarters without you waiting at least 10 minutes - they look at you like you're crazy when you ask for quarters or any other basic banking needs. Then one time I got quarters they were stamped with the bank across the street's logo - made me think this B of A is a front for something else. Then there was the time that the notary refused to notarize a simple I-9 employment form with all necessary documentation present. Or the time the very obnoxious alarm was going off and the employees didn't seem to know what to do. There's always several employees milling around the lobby, but there's never anyone to help you with your banking. This place is a joke. Not like the B of A's in other states where they actually know how to bank and treat you professionally and with respect.

4 people working in office. Two standing around talking on sitting behind desk. I had to wait for Chris to return from lunch in order to make a deposit and get a cashiers check. I was only able to get two employees on camera. The others are in the office talking. I’m in lobby waiting in Chris. Ridiculous

Super slow .... 15 mins in line just to make a Credit Card payment .... ONE teller who seems like he doesn't want to be here .... I can't comprehend how you want to grow in the area and have this kind of service ....
