Employees are super helpful and have willingness to assist people who have trouble identifying the correct or proper items for their car. The Rocky River store on Center Ridge road has guys who are awesome, friendly, personable and very helpful in finding whatever people need. Very helpful and good service is provided, with staff who come out to the car to help fixing or installing what has been purchased. People can stop in at the Rocky River store to have staff look at the check engine light message, a valuable service that gives direction and ideas about what is going on before going to the mechanic.
Rick at the Rocky River, Oh store has been remarkable. He has helped me keep my vintage Audi TT running. He is professional, knowledgeable and quite an asset to the store. I appreciate his help every time I stop.
