“Initial Review: I'd like to first off thank one of the staff members named April at this Conrad's location I was at last night. I am still saddened how the quality of service was diminished by the manager's lack of communication towards me while I was already dealing with a very traumatic injury from a semi truck blowing its foghorn in my ear and a flat tire. April's very patient and attempted to the address the fact that I had just had a flat tire on the way to an ER in Lakewood. Hopefully when I pick up my car today it'll be a better experience and I can make a positive review update.
Final Verdict: Turns out my car sat for too long and the brakes needed a bit more drive time to loosen up. Ed handled everything professionally and pickup was easy.”
