E&H Ace Hardware stores are locally operated and family owned. The atmosphere is laid back. The staff are friendly, kind, polite and attentive. Employees are reliable and knowledgeable about products. Customer service is helpful and goes above beyond. The Rewards are great and the location is great. Visiting is highly recommend this hardware store. Staff help with stuck screw, part, bed frame, toilet wax rings and other needs.
