I bought a 2012 powerstroke that ended up having an oil leak in the upper oil pan less than 12 hours after I bought it so they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. They ended up putting a sealant gel in and said that was a better fix than actually replacing the gasket, and that lasted about 4 months. I had to have a diesel mechanic fix it the correct way and cost me $4,000. I ended up trading the truck in over a year ago and have been trying to get my GAP insurance reimbursement back for the past 7 months. The owner keeps assuring me that it will get taken care of in days but those days turn into weeks and months. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this place.

***Buyer beware*** Bought a hyundai was suppose to be 9200 charged 9600. Even showed the lady at the front desk the 9200 on their website and wouldn’t budge. Car broke down every 2 week - 3 weeks but ab 3k in work in it & they never answer car engine finally blew up.

My boyfriend bought a kia soul from them. As we were test driving it the check engine light came on and the exhaust smelled horrible...we told them about it and they said oh we just replaced the converter and the smell will go away in a week. Us not knowing much about cars believed them. Then we went to another shop and they said your converter is going bad. And we called route 33 multiple times and the rude lady at the first desk on the left when we took it to them and spoke about it was like we never had a problem with the converter after being replaced. But we went and they said call next week so we do. They said mechanic is on vacation again. So she said Tuesday that week he would be back and then he wasn't again. Then we took to another shop they said 2000 bc we need a converter and now O2 sensors. And route 33 never answers and dude is never there...so now we not only have to make payments on the car we have to shovel out 2000$ to fix what they won't fix. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Nice guy and good cars if you know what you looking for, as a buyer it's your job to check out the car from bumper to bumper and motor to transmission if you want to purchase a nice or decent vehicle and it's the seller's job to sell your a car, so people shouldn't complain if they don't know how to inspect a car, my advice to people learn about cars before you purchase one.
