Bought 8 or 9 sets of tires over the years at hartsgrove location. Just Bought a set for a suv, gotta screw in one tire. Went Friday morning 5 minutes after opening. Walked up to window, and was greeted by a very rude boss, foreman, or whatever. Asked about a patch, couldn't believe the attitude he gave me! Never again

??????????????????????????????????These guy were able to get me in same day. I called two days before the 4th of July last minute notice and these guys were Super professional and friendly!!!! I even showed up an hour early and they took my truck in 45 minutes early ? wow. I was told by many other places in the area that they couldn’t even swap out my 285/55/20 tires because they didn’t have a big enough equipment to do it but Smolic guys said NO PROBLEM WE GOT THIS. THEY WILL FOREVER NOW HAVE MY BUSINESS MOVING FORWARD. Well worth the 35minute drive and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!!!! I would 1,000,000% recommend using SMOLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ??

These guys are great.I needed new tires on my car because I was sliding in the rain, and didn't want that for winter.Got recommended Smolic from my neighbor who's a mechanic.I called them, they gave me a few options for tires, and got me scheduled a few days later. Very easy. They were friendly too.On that day, I came in and everything was done in less than 45 minutes. My new tires are great, I'll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend these guys, they do good work.

My husband stopped in to ask about getting tires for his truck and the man said, I can get the tires in two days!So 2 days later, we went for the appointment and they were done in less then a hour! Very professional, fast and good work!

Great customer service. Had a 2PM appointment and was rolling out at 2:35 after having four Firestone tires mounted and balanced. These people have their act together.
