I called in to ask about a vehicle that was for sale. In order to get an idea of how much down I would need extra, Lisa recommended that I do an online credit application. Lisa assured me more than once that it was a SOFT credit check and would be off my credit in 30 days. Imagine my shock and upset when I realized that it was in fact a HARD check on both my account and my husband's credit.... not a soft one like I was assured so she could "play with the numbers". So upset and disappointed.
