“I came here solely because of great reviews and how close I lived to the shop, but I 100% found a mechanic that I trust and will stick with. I can't show the amount of appreciation I have for Justin and the work he did on my 2015 Cruze LS. It was easy being a new customer for his shop. Justin is knowledgeable in what he does and he cares. There was a lot of work done, including changing the timing belt, a new valve cover, oil cooler, the manifold cat and many other components that are associated. My car feels brand new. He was able to find my coolant leak, stopped the oil leaking from the valve, and stopped the sluggishness caused from the bad manifold cat. There was an unbelievable amount of work put into my car, and Justin always made sure to communicate with us. Any future mechanical work I need done, I am definitely coming to Stufft.”
“I took my motor home in to have Sumo Shocks installed on the front and rear of the coach... and a steering stabilizer shock on the front... after inspecting the tires they found the one inboard tire was bad... and was advised not to use it until it was repaired... I was not from that area.. so they located a tire dealer and took the motorhome over to get a tire replace ...they called within a few hours and it was complete and ready to hit the road... From the service manager to the mechanics everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful...I will use this business again...”

“I went here when it had a different name. They do great work. Family business very nice staff. If you have a fender bender accident or need an estimate they give you one . I have to have my car fixed from a minor bang on a traffic cone and was told what to expect. They were called a touch of class in minerva now a new name Cross Collision and body in minerva ohio . Parking . So get your car fixed before winter . Get all the body work done at a great place.”

“These guys are awesome! Their work is excellent and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I was recommended to them a couple of years ago from a mechanic's shop for an exhaust leak on my son's car. They repaired the leak in less than 5 minutes and charged me next to nothing. Since then, I've gone back for a couple of minor exhaust issues and both times the owner didn't even charge me. The whole team is super friendly and they know their stuff (this most recent time, the owner knew what the issue with my truck was before even looking at it). I will be taking all of my exhaust repair needs to them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by this satisfied customer!”

“I purchased a used Lincoln Nautilus from Nick at Loudon Motors Ford. It might have been the easiest auto purchase I have ever done. We did all the paperwork online and the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes completing the deal. I had been looking for weeks at different sites and dealerships and this was by far the best price I saw. I hope I'm as satisfied with the car down the road as I was with the service and attention I received.

“I bought a class C RV there in town and started looking for a tire shop to put new tires on it before I drove it 50 miles home. The tires were old and cracked. I called a few places in the area that said they couldn't do it as the tires were an off size. 16 and a half inch rims 10 ply. Then I called Dennis Tires. I told him what I needed. Aaron was up front and honest about what a big job it would be. And that he couldn't do it right away. I ordered the tires online and had them shipped to Dennis Tire. He gave me a fair price, and Dillon did an excellent job. I'm very happy that I found Dennis tire.”
