If I could give zero I would. There ARE signs all over saying $5 wash free vacuuming. That is a flat out lie they are not free, we are from out of town and washed all 4 vehicles- at another car wash after we went to this poor excuse as a car wash. Also sent the photos of false advertising to the bbb and state of ohio dept. Of commerce.

Went here for the car wash and free vacuum. Wasn't told until after I paid that they no longer offer free vacuuming. Signs everywhere saying free vacuum with car wash. Not going backI'll edit to add, unprofessional and rude response. What a shame. Who would want to deal with business owners that speak to people this way?

The parking lot is full of pot holes, it has been up for sale for some time now, but there are about 5 bays that are still operational for washing your vehicle. I didn't use the vacuums. Want with the risk.

I wash my car there did the ultimate car wash and now my car got a miss to it water must got on the spark plugs or a Sensor I won't do a nother ultimate wash because you can get something wet
