“I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased.
Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern.
My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process.
I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome.
If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!!

“I have the Pilot membership which is their cheapest wash. It does a decent job washing the body but doesn't do the wheels very well. This is probably because of the type of wash I get. The higher end washes may do a better job. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry that well especially the back end. I get the cheap wash because I will hand dry and clean the wheels regardless of the type of wash.”

“This place was easily the best diy car wash I have ever been to and I am not just saying that to say it. It was incredibly well kept up. All of the soaps and wax were stocked (that is a genuine first for me) and the lot was empty at 8pm (there was one other car vacuuming). The car wash does have an automatic washer but I can't comment on that as I used the power washer portion. The wash only costs $3 which is a very good deal for how well kept this place was. As long as they keep their prices low and soaps/wax stocked like it was I will keep coming back. It might sound silly but I almost want to go back again today, this place was just that good.”

“I recently bought a 2013 G37 coupe. The car only had 61k on it and an amazing carfax. However, I don't think they ever cleaned it and the paint felt like sand paper. I had taken several of my newer cars to Cochran's and they always did a great job but this time I was asking for a miracle. When I picked up my car I was in disbelief. The car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It's been 3 days and I still can't believe how good it looks everytime I see it. I've been in the car business for 20 plus year's and I've dealt with several detailers and Cochran's does the best work I've ever seen!”

“I went today for the first time. The wash was great. I accidentally had my windshield wipers on because I wasn’t paying attention. It ended up getting ripped off. When I told the lady and the gentleman they went and got it for me and helped me try to put it back on. It wouldn’t click on all the way so she insisted she give me money to replace it even though it was completely my fault. They were both really sweet and very kind. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 recommend.”
“Very very happy with this laundromat. I have a giant pillow for one of those old bamboo bowl chairs that I’ve been needing cleaned for some time. There’s a 90lb washing machine that it fit into perfectly. It was a little over 11$ to wash and the time is only 30 minutes. Not only do they have a plethora of different sizes of washers and dryers but it’s so clean in this facility. If I ever need a laundromat I will definitely be making the trip to this one! 10/10!!!”

Someone from the business, Michael, responded and apologized and gave me a phone number to call. Got hold of Michael tonight, a very nice gentleman, and he apologized again and made it right! Great customer service!”

“Damarion and (never caught a name, maybe the manager? Blonde woman) were incredibly helpful tonight. Came in around 5:20. I had been in an accident a couple months prior, and had forgotten to cancel my membership for my previous vehicle. My email and phone weren't working to do it online. I went in in person, and they got it cleared up for me right away. There's still 1000 other things I need to do, but they took at least one of the weights off my mind, so I appreciate them very much.”

“I go get my cars ? washed everyday sometimes twice a day if I end up going through some Construction site on my way to or from work. I love that my Membership allows me to go everyday with no complaints. You could just pull up the arm. Lifts up and let you through every time. Even you can go around twice immediately if you would like to they still wave you on through. I love it. I pay for my membership every 1st of the month. And I can go to the car. Wash every day with no complaints.??”
“I love this car wash me and my family enjoy washing our vehicles here price is right...the only thing I do not like is the manager is not there to be more attentive...But some one comes often just not during curtain hours, What's nice they have camera's in and out of there bays, and Police patrol if needed often, I love this car wash because if you need something for your vehicle they have a Auto Zone, few doors down, and a laundry service in case you washing your clothes you can wash your car while you wait for your laundry to dry...Amen????♥️ and after working up a sweat you have a gas station on same block, Mickey Ds, Pizza Hut, Subway etc...all at a reasonable price$-$$”

“This is a brushless, autonomous car wash. Meaning there is no one to wipe off the car at the end of the process. There are four options, from basic wash to ultimate, which I think they called Platinum. We got the 2nd option, which is $11, and it did a very nice job. This included presoak, wash, and wax after the wash. Overall I think it did a great job, and will be back. P.s., kt was 27⁰ out so I did not even look for whether they had vacuums.”

They are super friendly folks that are also really thorough in getting tough spots (my car had a bunch of salted/icy crustiness happening and they hand cleaned it off and hand dried at the end too. “Best place in Dayton Ohio to give your car a little pampering. Full service includes. Vacuuming, spray down and scrub before it enters the touchless automatic wash bay. Then it's hand wiped down including door jams, sprayed with your choice of smell good. Wash inside windows. Then to finish it off they wipe down the wheels and tires and apply tire shine. Only place good enough for my ride.”
“I have a really great (very legal) hack for saving serious $$$ on Mike's carwash. I won't post it on here because I would hate for it to disappear.
But, if you're looking for a location that is consistently courteous and does a good job, this is it. We've rolled through here with some really dirty rides and they have gotten them to sparkle and shine.”
