Everything was with in reaching and not too high on shelves . I also like coming to Rittman Beverage because I don't have to walk to the back of a grocery store to get a bottle. Staff was friendly.

Went there today and had this lady give me an attitude. ?This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this lady and not happy at all. They really need to get rid of her. You're losing business with her.

Sure , the employees inside this establishment are nice, helpful and kind. However, try to get decent service while going through their drive through, forget it. Consistently for the last five years doesn’t matter what new employees come and go these people are the rudest. I’ve watched them be rude and nasty to costumers in front of me and to me . Rolling eyes, slamming doors. They make you feel as if you’ve asked for the impossible for purchasing a case of beer on the way home after OUR OWN long day at our own job. I’ll take my business to Wadsworth after I get off work. Occasionally I’ll try this Rittman establishment in hopes there have been changes and once again none. So I’m done. Never shopping here again.
