1332 Sharon Copley Rd, Sharon Center“This branch deserves 5 stars because the employees are well informed, professional and helpful. It is an old building located right on the roundabout in Sharon Twp, Medina county. It can be a little hard to access because the driveway is narrow and the parking lot is small. It was busy at 11:30am on a Monday.”
“Never had any problems with my post office. Seems like people only write reviews when something goes wrong. But I've been living in Doylestown almost 5 years, no issues at all.”
“In this digital world sending mail/packages can seem complicated. I started coming to this post office after having numerous unpleasant experiences at other post offices closer to my home. I appreciate the friendliness, patience, and help.”
“I would just like to acknowledge the pleasant young lady Samm from Rittman, absolutely a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable, positive & attentive! keep up the great work Samm”
“SO incredibly nice here! I am so used to USPS clerks being all business, it completely threw me off when he had the biggest smile and interacted with my toddler. A wonderful change of pace, the clerk was so quick to help me out. He turned my day around just from that quick and kind interaction?”
“Just moved to Medina and my newly built house wasn’t registered as an address which left a package I had ordered in the abyss of the USPS. I tried to call the main medina location and was told I’d get a call back and never did, called back and waited on the phone for what seemed like a thousand rings to get disconnected. I finally spoke to someone at this post office who hunted down my package and saved it for me so I didn’t have to wait who knows how long for the carrier to bring it to me. Only problem is the DISTANCE. Wow it is in booneysville.”
“Was not told package delivery would require a signature, however when I went to the post office at the end of the day after scheduling a customer pickup for the following day, the manager was nothing but kind when trying to find my package even though I wasn't supposed to be picking it up until the next day, and they were able to get it to me before they closed. Only negatives are the aforementioned lack of communication and having only one person staffing the front counter at one of the busiest times of the day.”
“What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”
