What the heck is this dollar tree, it’s so clean and the flooring is nice than most homes lol. No trash,dirt marks or scuffs to be found. The bagging is a little slow but will make sure Nothing breaks.

Decent little store, but incredibly rude employees. Never any smiles or even acknowledgement that you're even there when they ring you out. Very unfriendly when I asked where something was, and it seemed like I ruined the cashier's whole day by asking 👎

Amazing! I haven't been in Rittmans location for 3 months and I came in and was blown away with how clean and warming and organized it was in there. New ceilings, too! I had to talk about it to the lady who was at the register. She was so sweet! 8/15/23 1:50pm

Friendly staff! The store is a bit unorganized right now. I talked to the store manager she said "Sorry about our mess we're reorganizing the store." So please be patient they're doing the best they can and as fast as they can. With only 2 employees working at a time would be hard on any one. Everytime I'm in there, there is only one cashier and one manager. Keep your spirits up you guys are doing great.

The Rittman dollar tree has been one of our better local stores for a long time. They always have the shelves well stocked and overall the store is cleaner and more organized than several other local locations.

Store was a complete DISASTER, the worst I’ve ever seen any store look, not even just stock waiting to be put on shelves, the place looked like a tornado ripped through, definitely a tripping hazard & very hard to push the cart down the aisles without running stuff over.. this store NEEDS some help asap, the workers seemed very overwhelmed but they were friendly

Walked in and couldn't believe how cluttered and unorganized this store was! Nothing was in it's place. Items scattered into the isles and staff just standing around talking. I didn't want to be in there it was so messy! Went to the Wadsworth location where it is always clean and tidy and found everything I needed. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to having one local.
