Amazing! I haven't been in Rittmans location for 3 months and I came in and was blown away with how clean and warming and organized it was in there. New ceilings, too! I had to talk about it to the lady who was at the register. She was so sweet! 8/15/23 1:50pm

Friendly staff! The store is a bit unorganized right now. I talked to the store manager she said "Sorry about our mess we're reorganizing the store." So please be patient they're doing the best they can and as fast as they can. With only 2 employees working at a time would be hard on any one. Everytime I'm in there, there is only one cashier and one manager. Keep your spirits up you guys are doing great.

The Rittman dollar tree has been one of our better local stores for a long time. They always have the shelves well stocked and overall the store is cleaner and more organized than several other local locations.

Store was a complete DISASTER, the worst I’ve ever seen any store look, not even just stock waiting to be put on shelves, the place looked like a tornado ripped through, definitely a tripping hazard & very hard to push the cart down the aisles without running stuff over.. this store NEEDS some help asap, the workers seemed very overwhelmed but they were friendly

Walked in and couldn't believe how cluttered and unorganized this store was! Nothing was in it's place. Items scattered into the isles and staff just standing around talking. I didn't want to be in there it was so messy! Went to the Wadsworth location where it is always clean and tidy and found everything I needed. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to having one local.

Gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. Some isles are cluttered and can't walk through. Went to check out . Heavy set girl said nothing ,no hi no how are you -nothing. Rang my stuff asked if I wanted a receipt ,I said yes she walked away . Guess I didn't need my receipt today. If you don't like your job find a new one. Working with the public takes some kind of friendliness.

was doing some christmas shopping on monday and who i believe was the district manager was at this store at the same time as me. For this being such a clean store with a nice staff, he was pretty disrespectful to his employees . Especially around the holiday season?

relatively good experience at the store, The only improvement is that the store could have done is to make an hourly sweep of The card and occasion isles paper products that you have to Walk over and around are a pet peve of mine because of customers too lazy to return items back to where They were not too lazy to take them from you look at them other than that I is an ok store

Lots of cute Easter stuff and they had the random bits and bobs i needed that my own city's store was out of. I needed some light weight spackle and a phillips head screwdriver. Both items were practically next to each other. The cashier, Park, was nice. No major complaints really.
