Likes to cancel mobile orders for no reason and when you call about it they just say idk what happened and hang up. Like how freaking rude? This is the second time they have messed up and lost me and everyone i know as customers. I’d rather drive all the way to Columbus to get one thing then go here.

Came in today to get my baby wipes . I use this dg almost daily. Elderly lady at 12:03 Long blind hair , raspyish voice was BEYOND rude . My check for whatever reason loaded late so my card declined . I told her my husband's in the car he'll be right in to pay. She says she can't hold it bc she's got a man in line , that's fine I say he can totally grab another pack and stand in line. This wasn't good enough for her and she gets LOUD and rude.... "I CANT RING HiM UP YouR CARD DECLINED I NOW HAVE TO WAIT ON MY MANAGER .... I tell her I just don't get what u need from me and I walk out ....ew really

They wont accept the Fedex shipment if your box is bigger than a shoe box because their little shelf is stuffed with other packages.

they don't even have stuff all over the place and if you go to Doylestown DG, it's the worst, they got stuff everywhere and this one is so much better, and they even got stuffed and stocked up and it's not dirty

I went to this dollar store in rittman the manager there is so rude I never have a good experience in rittman..
I'll go to Smithville or Wadsworth before I go back to that store...

Well sadly I can’t really leave a very good review here. I would use this location to drop off packages for FedEx to pick up. I dropped off a few packages on Dec 7th. A couple weeks went by and the tracking number showed it was never picked up. I went into the DG to check on it and they had no idea what happened to it. Of course this was a rather expensive product return and so I called the customer service of the company I was returning the product to, they contacted FedEx and did some investigating and just contacted me today, 3 weeks later and said the item was just picked up this morning on December 28th. I’m sure glad it just “showed up” like that. Perhaps the Grinch took it and then had a change of heart. Oh I’m sure it was all just a mistake and the package was just misplaced. This is of course totally unacceptable. If you can’t trust Dollar General to get the package to FedEx then why is FedEx even in business with Dollar General? If you like taking some major chances and getting your expensive package potentially lost for good, drop it off at your local Dollar General.

The addition of "market" items, such as fruits and vegetables, is really needed in our town. I wish they would've expanded the store to accommodate the new variety of items, but they did squeeze everything into a small space. The aisles really need to be bigger to have enough room for more than one cart to pass. However, I'm still pleased with the price and availability of groceries at this store. I also like that there's several self check-out registers. The workers are fast, which means a lot because my cart is usually full.

Completely lazy no other way to put it. You would think the expansion would make it better but that's not the case there. You can ask them when or do they know when their gonna be stocking something and they just say "Idk". Well it's nothing new all the businesses are like that in Rittman.
