Went here in the morning and the pumps were very slow after using my card and went in to get my money refunded to my card and they never refunded my money!

I'll also chime in on the middle aged woman who works in the mornings. She's awful. I dread dealing with her. Insults customers and is just completely unpleasant. The bigger young man is a great worker and awesome to deal with. I don't know if she has a drug habit, but something is off about her. It's a customer service position. If you don't like people then don't work that position. People enter that establishment starting their day only to be greeted with that. Thanks.

The middle aged blonde lady in the morning is rude and doesn't seem like she even wants to be there which I can understand no one wants to work but that don't mean take it out on the customers. Never a greeting or anything from her which is fine because it's so early but not when you seem like we are bothering you and your the one. They hardly ever are stocked on anything you need and if they do it's crazy prices. It just seems like no effort is put into that place.

Either the debit card reader doesn't work, or the register or lottery machine doesn't work....Rittman needs another gas station/store to serve the customers better than the BP.....

The place it's self is great, clean. But they have couple employees that are not friendly and I hate to say its 2 older people.. one don't look Clean and she always acts like she doesn't know what she is doing. Gas station is a place you have to be quick and on your toes with customers.
