Mail carrier won't shut my mailbox so my box is wide open and sometimes my mail gets wet, she shoves packages in the box, I get other people's mail and she won't put my packages on the porch so my packages get wet. I have talked with Management about these issues and they keep saying they will talk to her but nothing has changed. This has been going on for months!

I am constantly receiving mail for other addresses around me, which leads me to believe I am not getting all my mail. Packages are routinely 2-3 days after the delivery date. If you can pay extra to use UPS or FedEx, I would do so.

After paying extra for a shipping and delivery service that was failed to be delivered on time, I was left to wait for my package until the weekend (5 days) after expected delivery due to failed communication in relation to verification through delivery. Customer service refused to acknowledge my issue, and furthermore refused to help find any sort of solution for my issue. My money has been waisted because of their lack of professionalism and service. Joke of a post office.

Haven’t gotten our mail in two days and I called the office in Richwood they would not answer my question till after 9. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I have always had nothing but friendly and professional courtesy from everyone I’ve encountered with the Richwood Ohio USPS. Never have had any delivery issues or problems with receiving packages or mail. Well done, Richwood USPS

Ordered a product Black Friday yet to receive. Another person in my area ordered same product 2 days after I did and they received theirs. How does that even happen?

Carrier just leaves a note in mailbox stating unable to deliver, no one home EVEN though I'm home..does not attempt to actually make the delivery. Yesterday, carrier did not attempt delivery but coded the package as being held at post office per customer's request....I NEVER requested the package to be held at the post office nor did carrier stop at my home to make the delivery. I was home ALL DAY & EVENING....These issues happen ALOT!!! To call the local post office regarding issues, you then get attitude from the "post master"..not even sure the person claiming to be the post master is actually the post master--RUDE!!

Worst post office ever! Mail man with not knock on the door to deliver certified mail. Will just leave the sorry we missed you sticker when you are home. Asked for mail to be re delivered and still waiting 3 days later. Called 3-4 times a day and no one will answer the phone

Mailed a package (envelope)end of a November to my grandson it was sticker activity book and advent book it is December 12 and he still has not gotten it. Paid cash to send it. Very unhelpful pretty much told me sorry about my luck it will eventually get to him or back to you. Told me couldn't pull up a duplicate receipt or anything to find it. With today's technology and the cost of postage this is ridiculous!! Don't mail anything without tracking and insurance!!

My mail had been delivered elsewhere and have received neighbor's mail in past. Luckily someone brought mine to my home and left on my porch. State of Ohio is one of the pieces of mail with a time limit to respond that put me in an extra pinch. Pretty careless and now I worry about my mail. I tried calling to complain and number states hold time is 20 to 30 minutes. Thank you for nothing postal service!
