Sitting in drive tru waiting to cash a check so I can go deposit it in my bank and nobody is coming to the window. I’m in a hurry because I on my way to work. What bank only has one worker. Last time I tried to cash a $6,000 bank I got 3 stories on why they couldn’t cash it. First it was $5,000 if I was a customer, so I signed it over to my who is a customer, then they said only $3,000 and would need a couple days notice. Horrible experience accepting checks from people with Huntington. Many reasons not to bank with them

If you’re going to close your lobby, have more associates work the drive thru!!!! Spending more than 20 minutes at a drive thru can push people to PNC!!! Unreal.

On 8/5/2020 (3) Tellers were behind the counter talking. There was no one other customer waiting but me. (1) of the teller walked away from the group. The other (2) tellers looked at me and told me to wait. This is the second time I been in this branch and walked out NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this branch.
