Customer service was outstanding. Very accommodating. Did a great job repairing tennis bracelet not purchased from there. Quick turn around time. Very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend, and I have done so. Also replaced watch battery for reasonable price

I had not been to Sands in years, but went there today to have repairs done on my engagement ring, wedding band and my husband’s wedding band after I made the mistake of going to another jeweler.Steve spent over an hour going over each piece and explaining what will be done to repair them properly.I know when I pick up our rings they will be perfect.Thank you!
