This facility is poorly run with undertrained, underqualified staff. The most distasteful interaction I have experienced while dealing with Richmond Heights was facilitated by Jasmine. I do not want to attack one individual’s character based of what appears to be systemic failures within this care facility as a whole— so I will just say, be prepared to take copious notes, follow up relentlessly and overlook the hostile attitudes you will ultimately face if you have the misfortune to have a loved one in their care. They will make it incredibly difficult and you will live in a constant state of stress. I would highly recommend choosing a facility elsewhere!!!

Jasmine Pride was extremely rude to me over the phone, provided false information, and refused to assist me in moving my great aunt (93 years old) out of this scam facility.Do NOT go here.

I witnessed Jasmine Pride being real difficult and rude with my friend over the phone. She doesn’t know how to be professional and you should be weary if you ever interact with her

As an employee of Richmond Heights Place, I'm very proud to say I work with such a caring bunch of people. I don't know everyone, but those I deal with on a regular basis care very much about the residents. Under new management as of 2019 - then Covid having hit, management is trying hard to build an exceptional team of skilled workers and make sure they project an attitude of kindness and caring. I wish I'd known about Richmond Hts Place when my mom-in-law was suffering with dementia.

Richmond Heights Place offers many services for residents in this community. The campus is conveniently located in a wooded area with beautiful deer that frequent the campus. My experience with the caregivers and providers have been positive. The cottages are home like and comfortable. This is a great place for your loved one.

I’ve been trying to get in Richmond Heights for over a year as a STNA but because Yvonne in HR worked with me at another facility and did not like me for her personal reasons she would not give me a chance to even interview at Richmond Heights. I guess it is personal over professional when it comes to her hiring.

Hr isn’t professional at all she is very messy she talks about everybody to other peers. She tells your personal business to other employees she even play with employees hours. And if she don’t like you she won’t hire you

I highly recommend Richmond Heights Place if you are looking for a five star rated community for your loved one. The staff is professional, compassionate and they put the needs of their residents first. Everyone in the community is always very welcoming and friendly.

Richmond Heights Place is a wonderful establishment. Many of the staff are very attentive and caring. The Human Resources person Yvonne was super nice and provided very informative details about the facility and staff members. Pam also seemed like a great leader and appeared to have her hands into all facets of the business. Would highly recommend any family member to be taken care of there.

I love working with the staff at Richmond Heights Place! They are such a great group of caring individuals. The Social Worker Gina goes above and beyond to advocate for her residents and educate their families on available resources. She works to make sure each resident has all the support they need to live with the best quality of life. I highly recommend.

The lady who answered the phone when I called for an appointment to see what Richmond Heights Place is like was very pleasant and helpful. When I went for my visit, the “ assisted living”facility was really clean and the residents I saw seemed happy to be “at home”. I also toured the areas that are “Skilled Living” and was really pleased to see how clean the area was, there was no bad smells. I was there during lunch hour and the meal trays appeared to be good, healthy meals. I did get to speak to several managers and a STNA. All of the women were very accommodating and very forthcoming in their answers to my questions. I even saw someone who I think was a maintenance person, helping a resident to the dining room. Seemed like great team work by the staff.
