Half the tv's don't work or their audio is null. Please fix!! And make sure your multisurface cleaners are refilled. Last time I went, 8 of them were empty and I had to search for one to clean my bike. Aside from that, it's a great place to workout. ☺

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of weight equipment and aerobic machines, gym is bright and clean, bathrooms are clean, staff constantly clean and disinfect the equipment.

Rude girl at the front desk… not the best equipment terrible spacing. Was better at the old location honestly. Won’t be going back no time soon.

I'd recommend Planet Fitness in Richmond Heights. You get a lot for your money. It's clean and relatively low key. There is a wide variety of equipment, all of which is in good working order. They also have classes that are worth a try.
