By far the worst Rebel or marathon I've gone too. Expired food, it's never open, the gas never works, and the customer service is always some of the worst.

This was a great gas station until Marathon bought it. The station closes to early and the Shelves are empty

January 17th 2 o'clock the day after Martin Luther King day I go to Marathon before heading on the highway back to Chicago. I got gas with my card. Noticed my tire was low. So I went to get air using my credit card/bank card but it did not work. It said an error occurred with service on the machine. So I go inside to get quarters from a $20 bill (get a few singles, 5 and 10). I go to the register and no one is there to assist me. So I stand around for almost 2 minutes looking around. Finally a Lady by the coffee machine says she will be right with me. I guess she was replacing coffee. I stand there for 2 more minutes. She tells me hold on. I hold. She finally walks around to the register apologizes for making me wait almost 5 minutes even though there was nothing more important there to do. Then I tell her I need change from a $20 bill. She tells me a $20 bill is too large of a bill. Really? She asked me do I have a smaller bill. I tell her "No", she says she cannot help me. I go outside and luckily a patron overheard and was also shaking her head disappointed in the service. That person gave me change to get air, thank God. This was Poor customer service in my eyes.

Customer service has vastly improved from the previous owner/company. Gentleman at checkout was helpful and pleasant.

Road sign says $2.91. Pump price is actually $2.99. Shelf price of car fuses is .99¢, cash register rang $2.79. Ripping you off at every opportunity. Reported to corporate office.
