“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”

The only time I had a problem was when my brother died and another business I do business with used this address from my business card to send flowers ?. They were there a week ?. “I am thrilled that this UPS store is under new ownership! The owner and staff members are friendly, greet me with a smile, and work quickly and efficiently. Rarely do I have to wait in line. The previous store owner and employees were in complete contrast to the current experience. It was so unpleasant going there that I would often go to the store in east Mentor or Willoughby - not close for me. I have a small sewing business and each of my items is irreplaceable as they are made from clothes that my clients send me. In 15 years of business, I had one lost package by the USPS. Since then, I have trusted UPS for my shipping with great results. When the drop-off experience is pleasant, as it has been with the new owners, it makes going to the store 2-3 times per week enjoyable. I highly recommend this store!”
