Only used the ATM on this visit. It was easy to get to, but a little confusing to leave from as you are supposed to drive around the back of the building.
If I need to go inside, I'll use this branch, otherwise I bank online.

The only thing professional about this location was the teller that waited on me and her name was Simika Berry. I was reluctant to come to the branch after seeing the reviews but had to handle my business that day so I didn't have a choice. When I went into the branch I had two people ahead of me. An elderly woman which was in the line I was waiting in, and another gentleman being helped by Ms. Berry and another male that worked at the bank. I was there to open up a checking account but didn't have any idea of where to sit or go because no one was in any of the other cubicles to assist me. When Ms. Berry was finished helping the customer she looked over to me and let me know someone would be with me shortly, I appreciated that and was more than happy to wait. She called me over and was very polite and cordial. I told her I needed to open up a checking account, and she said she would see if someone was available for me. So, she asked the male representative if he would be available to help me. He didn't seem at all interested by the look on his face and also stated that he had a 1 o'clock and a 2 o'clock appointment already scheduled and would not be available until 3. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had to repeat what he said to him to make sure I heard it correctly, and sure enough he said it again with a slight tone. Truly unprofessional then I looked at Ms. Berry and told her I can't wait that long I guess I will go somewhere else. She told me she checked with her manager and said she would open up the account for me. I was so relieved that I had encountered someone that truly seemed to care. She assisted me opening up my account and walked me step-by-step through the entire process. Meanwhile the elderly woman I was initially standing behind was still in the bank talking to the teller that didn't have enough decency to see that the line was piling up with other customers with banking needs, and she continued to talk to her. I thought both of them were extremely inconsiderate and could not believe what I was seeing. What started off as two customers quickly multiplied to six customers. The teller that was the other only woman working besides Ms. Berry allowed the line and customers to be completely overlooked. She continued to hold her conversation with the elderly customer as if she was the only one there. Finally, another male gentleman finished his lunch, and came back up to assist. I can tell by the look on his face he was truly frustrated because when he came back from lunch, the other teller that caused the line to get backed up in the first place left, and did not assist him. He had to practically clear most of the people out of the line. When he was down to one or two customers she strolled back over to her window. Sat there for a moment looked at photos another worked was showing her laughing and talking and it still took her a moment to assist him. I felt bad for him like he was being taken advantage of. Meanwhile the other representative that told me he had a 1 o'clock appointment need less to say they never showed up, and I heard him make the comment Oh! my 1 o'clock never showed up for their appointment. I don't believe he had a one o'clock appointment. I was just blessed that God knew I would be better off with Ms. Berry assisting me other than him. I would have rated this bank a 5 star due to Ms. Berrys professionalism and help. The only reason for the score is the other unprofessional people that worked at the branch. The other teller was also professional even when he was swamped with all of those customers the other teller let get out of control. If you go to this branch let the only reason be due to Ms. Simika Berry thank you again for making my experience a good one. I will not go back to that location I prefer to go where people actually want to work. Ms. Berry went above and beyond.

Cheryl is a Superstar! Awesome customer service, with a smile. Attentive, accommodating and personable. This is the branch to service you. Perhaps this branch can share their successful customer service skills with Mayfield Heights. Keep up the good work, people appreciate good customer service!

It took 30 minutes for me to deposit a check. The staff were nice but the wait was very long. Only one teller working for most of the wait.

I've been to this branch a few times now. My issue is the same one EVERYONE has when it comes to actually entering a brick and mortar bank branch. They are perpetually understaffed and the tellers are NOT in a hurry. Now, that being said, I want to expound on that. It's a GOOD thing that people handling your money are being careful and taking proper time, right? I went there yesterday and there were three people in front of me and one person at the counter being taken care of by one teller. The only other employee I saw was with a customer in a little cubicle. The guy who was working is a VERY nice guy, I've had him a few other times as the teller taking care of me. This is NOT a knock on him or the other people who work there, but I was there probably twenty minutes. Admittedly, I have NO idea what other people had to have done, or their business, but I just had a check that I wanted to cash. I am SOOOOO glad I do 95% of my banking online and just go to the cash machine when I need cash, because I couldn't imagine having to go on a regular basis and see ten or twelve people ahead of me. Again, they have very NICE employees and it's not their fault they are short staffed - I even noticed a help wanted sigh on the monitor behind the tellers - but sheesh. No one wants to wait that long. Again, Thank God for online banking.

Always a long wait, then it’s met with terrible customer service and I’ve had enough of it. You are better off taking the extra 5-10 minutes to go to one of the several huntington banks that are less than 2 miles away.

7/29/2022 I got to Huntington right before 5 and was standing there for few minutes and a then a lady in window of the bank in an office started to knock on the window then laugh at me then tapped her wrist. Other Huntingtons would of taken me as I wanted to deposit a check. If they really didn't want to work or closed just come to the door and tell me your closed and come back another time not knock on window and laugh at me. I didn't think knocking on the window at customer was funny.

Since getting new management in 2022, this bank has been very good. I come multiple times a month, and almlst always have a good experience here with fast service and friendly staff.

Very clean and safe Huntington with magnetic locks. Friendly and helpful staff. Open until 6pm on Fridays which is convenient.
