I write reviews on most places that offers services. Done Right Automotive in Richmond Hts gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ simply for customer service. I went in for a diagnostic which covered my entire vehicle not just the one thing I asked for. I also received a complimentary diagnostic on what was going on underneath my truck ( they didn’t have to do that).
So anyone who follows my reviews, I highly recommend these professionals. They listen and your vehicle will be “ Done Right”?

There used to do good work. Recently , the man at the front desk is very off putting and shares a condescending tone.
When I went to pick my car up, the fan and other components from my engine coverings and such were just laid out in my trunk and backseat. Highly disappointed.

Put simply, done right gets it, you guessed it: done right EVERY TIME! Having taken both of my vehicles here for over a year now I can say with confidence that this is one of the few trustworthy small shops left open. The entire crew are all very dedicated to the craft and are very personable and very knowledgeable. If you ever get a chance to talk to the shop's owner, Ray, you will not be disappointed with what he has to say! From the road the shop always looks busy but despite that they get you in and out under a week average, the size of the job doesn't usually matter. Building on that, pricing here is very fair for the labor and quality of parts used, which are top notch. An example of their prowess comes in the form of a job I had done midway last year: valve cover gaskets on a North Star V8. Typically a very arduous engine to work on both because of its over engineered design and high labor costs that usually surround it. Despite that, their quote for this job was a full THOUSAND 500 dollars lower than any other shop could give. Topping it off, as I mentioned previously, despite all the other open jobs they got me out in under a week with everything being done properly! To sum it up it's a shop that's been serving Cleveland's east side for well over 50 years. There's a good reason for that! I will be taking my vehicles nowhere else, so here's to another 50, gents!

I am a repeat customer. I am impressed and very satisfied with there work. There service cost is reasonable. I will continue with having them service my vehicle.

I purchased a used 2009 Toyota Corolla off of Craigslist in late December of 2020 and the last oil change was performed at Done Right Automotive (9/16/2020) and I changed the oil myself today (4/18/2021). I’ve only put 1700 miles on the car since I purchased it in late December, but I figured I’d change the oil today just for peace of mind and on my own schedule. I drained the oil and couldn’t believe how much came out. It was at least 5.5 quarts. The car needs 4.5 quarts at the most. I’m glad I changed it and wished I would’ve done it earlier. Change your own oil everyone. No one cares about your car like YOU should.

I needed an oil change and was out running errands so I simply googled "oil change near me". Well Google did not fail me when it directed me to Done Right Automotive, a family owned auto mechanic business. Even though they had many vehicles they were working on that day they took me as a walk in and promptly took my car for service. The customer service and car service was excellent and they quickly took care of my oil change in record time! Everyone was friendly, honest and professional, which is so refreshing in my experience with mechanics! I will definitely be returning for maintenance of my car. My only suggestion is consider offering WiFi for your lobby ;)

My cousin recommended Done Right and my first visit with Horace was DONE RIGHT. But my most recent and probably last visit was a few weeks ago and NOTHING was DONE Right? Horace wasn't there either.I requested front brakes, wheel alignment and for my hood latch to be repaired.I was told it will cost $200 just to open hood not including latch repair. I received a list of repairs and told I needed FOUR NEW TIRES?I recently ran over a nail bolt and just replaced Two tires so I wasn't sure as to why I'm being told I need 4?I pick up my truck and take it to get 2 new tires at another Tire service and they told me to get a wheel alignment. I said I just got one.They advised me that Done Right should have never given me a wheel alignment on BAD tires. My husband had to take my truck back to Done Right and the hour wait we were told turned into 4 hours?Oh and the tire place found a metal piece hanging from inside my truck near my wheel. We asked Done Right and they said I must have picked it up on the road??LIES.....LIES.....LIES.....CLEARLY IT WAS A PART LEFT ON THERE FROM A MECHANIC LEAVING IT.NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY 2nd visit. This is a CLEAR EXAMPLE why you go to the DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS??♀️ They would never treat you like this. Lesson learned.
