“They have always been fair and honest with our family. Tim, the owner, has been in the service business with his family for years in Garfield Heights. He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. It's too bad people give reviews based on their anger like the one gentleman who had a bad experience with an employee. Employers, unfortunately can't be everywhere all of the time, That certainly is not their way of doing business. Really nice having a local place to go not corporate.”
“Overall, not a bad company. My car was impounded & sat on their lot for quite a bit & the only thing I have to say which I found odd is depending on the day I’d call the price would always fluctuate. I’d call one day & then three, four, five days later & somehow I was told the total was lower than what I was originally told the previous day or even week which - again, is quite odd seeing as they charge a daily fee for it being on their lot. It wasn’t small amounts either. It’d drop by almost $100 & then go up by $2-300 & then go back down. All I ever did was call & ask so view that however you like. If you call & speak to a woman, yer in good hands (she never fluxed with previous costs too much) I’m not sure who the guy was but to end this review I’ll just say when it was all said & done, I paid far less than what the guy had told me on the phone a week before I finally got my vehicle out. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️??♂️”
“I hadn't been in an accident before and didn't know where to go. A couple people recommended Andy's. And I'm so glad I did! They were very kind to me as this was a very stressful time. They were honest and did what was best for me rather than what was best for them. I highly recommend them.”

“Shue's was Awesome! They arrived when they said they would, the cost to tow my vehicle to the repair shop was reasonable and actually cheaper than others I called! They seemed higher at the time, but they had no "hidden costs"! Gene was respectful and courteous! Highly recommended!”
“Nobody likes taking their vehicle to the mechanic. It's usually costly and time consuming. I've been here a couple of times and they seem honest and fair even though it cost more and took longer to fix my vehicles than quoted which was caused by them finding more issues than originally suspected.”
