Always clean, good location, and staff is friendly

This store is not convenient and the staff is not customer focused.
I'm 50, bald and have a salt & pepper beard. Clearly over the legal drinking age. Yet I STILL had to go retrieve my license from my car, in order to purchase alcohol. Last time I stop here and I'm advising all my friends, neighbors and coworkers to do the same.
Two stars because the store was clean.

Review is for new location only. I'm a regular customer. And I can tell that this location compared to my other shell location is best!!. They keep the place clean, are always up to date on food and drinks, and the staff are always friendly. Gas prices are always going to be a high low. Keep up the good work!!.

Men’s bathroom out of order- my son tried to use the empty women’s bathroom and got yelled at- he mistakenly threw his debit card on the counter instead of scanning it himself and she threw it back at him and commanded “ you do it yourself”! She is the assistant manager, named Julie- incredibly miserable and rude

It is a newly built Shell station. It was clean, and the gas prices were lower than others in the area.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Tina and her staff for their incredible assistance when our car broke down. The entire team was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone to visit, even just to say hello. This gas station offers services that go above and beyond, far exceeding just gas and amenities. A special thank you to Tina, Juliana, and Deaunte for their exceptional hospitality. @turenorth, you have some truly outstanding personnel working for you!

Old reviews are for the station 100 yards down the street before they moved into the nice new building. One of the few places around that sell Top Tier verfied gasoline instead of the regular minimum federal requirement of most stations that gunks up your intake valves. But the pump asking you to join their club and asking for donations every time is annoying.

Seems like they were training a new person. She even asked if I was putting in my fuel rewards but she didn’t make sure I got the three cents off. It did not go to the pump I paid full price. Better training and attention is needed. Other people may be more angry than I was.

Man don't listen to these tools and karens complaining. This gas station is clean and has a great selection. Folks on here be talkin bout some oh its hard to get to. THIS PLACE HAS MOUNTAINS you want the government to spend billions flattening them so your simpleton self can "get there easier?" That Nathan Lang dude is LYING too on these comments they have the cleanest bathrooms I ever seen. I think it's some idiot that got fired and just wanted to rubbish the place, lol.Anyway yeah great place and yall don't listen to the haters. I really don't like it when people abuse the internet to be mean for no reason

The new station is awesome! The previous posts about the bathrooms were because the old station (now closed) had only a septic tank and my understanding is the septic tank collapsed and there is no way to fix or replace it. My understanding is that the Village of Richfield will not allow for city water/sewer at the location of the old facility, so it is going to be vacant for some time because there is no way to have proper bathrooms at this site.The new facility is awesome, and the staff has been very friendly. They are deserving of 5 stars now.

The gas was really reasonable. It was $4.68 per gallon. $64.00 total. I paid at pump and was good. What was bad, is that the air costs $2.00's. Which is why I stopped here. No, I didn't get it. I went somewhere else.

New station, same horrible employees. Most expensive gas around. Easy to find it cheaper close by. No reason to shop at this place.
