We are a business that ships/receives pallets every day. I haven't used Saia because we had an issue with pallets being damaged by fork lifts being run through the freight, ruining the shipment 3 different times from a vendor. Today I tried to use them to ship a pallet. I called to make sure it would be ok, it was oversized. They assured me it was fine. Driver showed up and declined it saying it was hanging over the pallet. No other trucking company has ever had an issue with this. I won't be using your services again. I also called customer service they told me we could try again tomorrow. No thanks, you're ridiculous if you think we'll ever use you again. Also, I tried to compete the survey at the end of the call and it didn't work, there was never a prompt at the end of the call.

Staff was helpful in getting my stuff wrapped on a pallet and accepted for shipping. I was satisfied.

I would leave zero stars if I could because they gave zero fahqs about my order.I took the day off of work to meet the driver per Saia scheduling. I payed extra for lift gate service. The morning of the delivery they called to inform me they don't have a truck with a lift gate. I never got any resolution. There was zero effort on their part to make the delivery. I never received my order. I would avoid this company like the plague.

I have never experienced more deplorable customer service in my life than from this company. Paul the driver was rude...Betty who scheduled the delivery was rude. Was told the delivery would be there in the afternoon, having a broken neck and not able to drive; scheduled and paid for a ride to receive the shipment and then was called at 10:30am, with no way to get over there. Very selfish people with no compassion for the people who are using their service or the products they are delivering. I would agree with the previous review...if I would give this company zero stars if I could.

Waited all day on a setup appointment for delivery, after checking into the online status, finding it had been switched to a partner company, then I call the partner company only to find out it wasn’t even sent out for delivery, never received a phone call or message about this, the package was a motorcycle and never once said anything about changing their drop off day etc.

Never keep appointment times, driver lied about us having no order for pickup because he missed normal shipping hours. Worst carrier ever! Missed appointment again today. Horrible!

So today I received my dog grooming tub. The guy that delivered it was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He brought it to the door and I told him I paid extra for it to be delivered inside. He then put his foot against it and told me, “ITS NOT GOING TO FIT”. I looked at it and the door and you could clearly tell to would fit. He then yelled at me and told me that it was not going to fit and that he needed to leave so I had to sign the paper. I then asked him how I can get my $80 back then, since he refused to do his job. He said the $80 was just to get it out of the truck, not inside. He then yelled at me some more and told me he needed to leave. I told him to wait because I was told I only had 15 minutes to inspect it. He then yelled at me and told me that wasn’t true and that I had 5 days.Also, the tub did fit he just didn’t want to help.So then he left, and my boss and her teenage son had to drag a 251lb tub through our door.

Probably one of the worst delivery companies I’ve dealt with. They promise to call 30 min ahead and never do. They delay the order everyday till the next day then they change the delivery to a different company without giving the info needed on how or when the product arrives.
