Had my hitch tear out on my truck midway through a roadtrip stranding me in richfield where I could have possibly either had to work on it myself (buy tools yada yada $$$) or sat there for as long as up to a week if it weren't for this place. Even though he didn't have the part needed he helped me call around and find one and he then put it on for me even though they were already booked for the day! Great service all around in my book. Took the time to get me fixed and on my way!

I was traveling to hocking hills from Ashtabula and had an issue with a blown brake line, I called nicks facility and spoke with Keith and told them what was going on ! I drove there and they were able to fix my brake line and got me back on the road very quickly!! If I was more local to nick he would definitely have my business! Thank you! My family really appreciated it!
