This place WAS great, I have been a customer for over 20 years. We started back in the early 2000's, left for a brief time then came back because of the great service. The quality of the people has been going down hill. I can't even get a simple reply from my rep. I asked for a new rep, but was ignored. Very disappointed in the quality over the last year

An employee from GME Management Services, Clean Proz, inquired during house cleaning, if I was interested in selling my vintage LP record collection. I am contracting for cleaning services; not for your employees wishing to gain financially from my valuables. This is not ethical behavior. Please educate your housecleaning staff. This encounter made me feel very unsafe as a senior citizen.

Was approached by this company offering a local payroll service and more. They salesman promised a lot...benefit options, lower workers comp costs, lower payroll fees, etc... I did some homework but as a busy business owner I should have known better. Shortly after agreeing to give it a no risk try, the salesman was gone and I was assigned a new contact. Everything I thought I was doing to add benefits to my employees fell on deaf ears and the charges (except the lower worker's comp) were extraordinarily higher than my prior payroll. I asked on several occasions about this and never got anywhere. Then they changed my contact who always wanted to sit down with me to review the program but never was available to coordinate. I left, went back to ADP and immediately saw improved service and significantly lower costs. After not running a payroll with them I got the attention of GMS...several letters and phone calls and then a $5,000 early termination fee that was in the fine print of the contract. I thank GMS for reminding me to stop and read the fine print and not let fast talking smoozing sales folks sway my thoughts. My gut told me this was not a good deal to pursue, but my heart went with GMS, a local company who promised the world and did not deliver. Beware of these folks...they are not looking out for you.

This company doesn't look out for the employees that it manages. They only want to deal with the managers and employers of the companies who they are HR for so don't expect feedback if you reach out to them with questions. Furthermore the website is not the easiest to get used to and is very slow. I have had issues with payroll and when I called and emailed I received no reply other than a canned message confirming my email was received. This week in particular they were hacked and who knows what information they leaked due to this. I don't recommend them for your employees no matter how many gift baskets they send your managers.It took this management team three months to reply to this review. Just another reflection of what kind of company they are. I definitely do not recommend them.

I have used GMS as my PEO since 2011 and I absolutely love working with everyone. It's like having my very own HR department at my fingertips. They process my payroll and manage all the tax changes that go along with that, manage my workers comp, keep me up to date on labor laws, create and update my employee handbook, and so much more. Candice is my dedicated payroll representative who has been amazingly patient with me over the years ! Pretty awesome group of people to help support the HR parts of my business.

I have used several other payroll companies and none compare to the service you get from GMS. We use all their services, HR, payroll, 401K, and, Worker's Comp. Every person we interact with is professional and extremely knowledgably and helpful.

GMS has greatly helped my small business stay in compliance with the ever changing tax rates through their payroll services and has also helped our business establish policies to grow moving forward. The account manager we have is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to assist with all the odd little questions that pop up when running a business! Thank goodness for the HR department and their guidance as well during these trying times of Covid.

Great company to work with on all HR needs. However, finding payroll reports is a nightmare. There website is not user friendly. I am going into our 3rd year working with GMS and I still have issues with pulling reports I need. I do not ever try any more I email my payroll processor and she has to email me the report. That is the only issue with GMS. If there was a better website to work with I would very easily give them a 5 star but them being our payroll processing company payroll reports are the most important.

We have been a client of GMS for over 5 years and have been please with all the services they provide. Besides the weekly payroll service they provide to us, my Team participates in their HRA & 401K programs. We recently updated our Company Handbook with them that was a little out dated. I'm a fan of their new Safety Program they rolling out and we expect good things from that. For a small business owner, they take away our potential headaches(Workmans Comp concerns, Unemployment filing). They are a wealth of information.
