Fed Ex isn’t the company it used to be , clearly marked instructions call the number with any issues. Never called will try next day was the message, so I had to put it on hold since flying out in the morning. New to Cleveland so I didn’t know how Fed Ex was here and was told never use them they never deliver anything. Lesson learned !!

Took off of work and waited for a package. I mean come on, if you ring the doorbell and don't hear anything, at least try to knock a couple times. Jeez. If this is how their driver's are trained I will never use Fed Ex.As I read the comments, putting little or no effort to make contact on deliveries that require a signature seems to be a common occurrence.Update: So apparently you can pay extra to have a window of time later in the day, so I did that. But that means nothing to this company. I had a scheduled delivery for a certain night and received 2 text messages and an email confirming that delivery. So after staring out the window for 2 hours I check the tracking online and they switched my delivery to the following day without any notification whatsoever. As angry as I was, I am even angrier now.Update 2: I was assured after 3 phone calls to customer service that my package would be delivered the following evening. It was not delivered and I have no idea when I will receive my package or if it will be returned to the original shipper. I was also assured that I would receive a phone call from the person assigned to my complaint, that never happened either.

Absolutely unbelievable poor service! Would have rated ZERO if had option … item was to be delivered 6 day ago…. Still has not arrived & they do not update honestly. AVOID FED EX HERE! They said they had mechanical issues interrupting the delivery… SIX days later … still NO DELIVERY.Again… avoid & find alternative delivery methods. UPS trumps FED EX all day everyday!!!! UPS is consistent. .

Avoid using fedex if you live in Summit County.They recently delivered to a completely wrong address and won't even share the address it was delivered to despite some random person signing for it. And guess what they denied my investigation saying there is nothing to investigate. Its crazy how I only have problems with fedex in the summit region. Just goes to show the types of employees working there.

It's FedEx. The staff doesn't know how or do not care to help you. Staff is not friendly. Do not expect help if you need it. You will get the help you need from the bosses. If you can reach them....what else can I say...it's FedEx.

Horrible. Delivered the package to a wrong address. Took a picture of the delivery, but the place on the picture was not my home. Now the package is LOST and they don't offer any other solutions than contacting the store so that they (the sender) issue a claim or a refund. This is really the worst service ever

Apparently they lose packages, but it keeps saying out for delivery, & then all of a sudden it’s back on the truck & back at the facility. You can’t pick the packages up, because this company is very special. & keeps updating delivery to the next day & still doesn’t deliver the packages.Something that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, (it’s at the local delivery place) has this error & then says Thursday, but it’s 12pm on Thursday & now says delivery for Friday. Hmmm. FedEx has a robot that they want you to talk to, instead of real people, which hangs up on you, when intellectual property cannot answer your questions.When I finally talked to a guy, he says my package was never out for delivery & I can’t pick it up, because…. They don’t know where it is.How? ?Sadly, they need to be replaced.It’s the holiday season & you’re sitting up here not delivering peoples packages.

Horrible!!! I was home for three separate delivery attempts, driver didn't buzz themselves into my apartment building BY using the apartment number on the package OR call my cell phone number which was also listed on the package. Each time a delivery attempt was made no door tag was left. I had to sign for the package & was unable to pick up from site. Package was sent back to sender which caused a HUGE inconvenience that could of BEEN avoided. I contacted customer service & all they could do was apologize no one offered a solution to the problem. If I have a choice I’ll never use FedEx as a delivery service again!
