We ordered an extremely heavy vanity. It was to be a front door delivery, which we didn’t expect to be right at the front door since we do have stairs leading to our porch. We were very disappointed to come home and find a major purchase on our public sidewalk that is highly used. The 2 stars is because of the speed of delivery.

Recently had made a purchase with Lowe's and the item shipped by Estes. Once I realized it was only a 'to the door delivery', I contacted Jennifer and told her my situation; mainly that I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building. She contacted Liz who handles Final Mile Delivery for Estes and a plan was developed. With the coordination of the Stow Lowe's, my shipment was brought right inside my apartment. A shout out to Travis from Lowe's as well. Again, thank you all!

My friend delivers for here. He said the restroom is so nasty ? like no one cleans it. Toilet paper always on floor sinks are always dirty. Please clean the virus is spreading.

Any time Estes has called to schedule and inbound delivery to the company I work for or that I have had to call them to schedule a pick up from my company, I have always been treated very well. Ryan is usually who I speak with on a daily basis, although I have spoken with Jen as well, and they are always very nice, respectful and just all around enjoyable to speak to. I would definitely recommend Estes for shipping anything and also hope that you get the chance to speak with one of these two mentioned above! They never disappoint!

They contacted me to schedule my delivery and the office worker was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was very professional, helpful and very friendly. First time dealing with Estes and was a great experience.
