Ending up using this company to order a part for a VMI wheelchair van. The part I needed was a small sensor. I talked to Shaun and placed the order. He said the part was $82.90 and it would ship directly from the manufacturer to me. Shipping cost was never mentioned. After calling a few times to check on why the order was delayed weeks, the part finally arrived in a small padded envelope and weighed less than 1 pound. I was charged $38.14 just for shipping. I complained about the crazy shipping charge and was told this is how it works. Apparently they are ok with price gouging the customer. Keep this in mind if you are having anything shipped.
