Out of all the Walmarts in the world, this one is absolutely the worst. They have Rental cops always driving around, blocking the traffic more than helping. Most employees are very nice but we have waited an hour for our online order pick ups. Can't get anyone on the phone nobody answers except for the online order pick up people so I'll give them credit for that. Absolutely if you have any other choice use a different Walmart Walmart you can't even call to complain anyone because they won't pick up. They know you're gonna complain. In the world.

I tried for a whole week numerous times to get a person to ask a question. I must've called like 50 times, different times of day, and got no answer or someone would pick up then hang up. I even tried different departments and nobody answered. This is unacceptable for a business this size! I realize they seemed to be very short staffed, there were no check outs open except the self checkout the last time I actually went in the store. I am not going to shop here anymore. I'm so disappointed that Walmart, a billion dollar company, can't keep employees! Do better Walmart! Pay your employees more and make them feel appreciated and maybe people will be less likely to leave!

Out of all the chain Walmarts in the country, this one had some good stuff compared to the other ones but the biggest down fall is letting salesman in the building. They bother you when you're trying to shop and the worst ones are the guys from NRG. They try to hustle you into thinking they can give you better rates but they don't. It last a month or two and you forget about it then bam you're over paying your original bill. They got my mom some how and when I asked to have it cancelled, they told me they couldn't! Which is a complete lie because I tried the salesman job before for a third party and I was able to cancel orders easily. I don't recommend coming to this Walmart if you aren't ready to be bothered by the salesman. Oh yeah there is more than just NRG there too.

Omg here I am thinking Walmart on morse rd was bad..well they are bad but they atleast answer the phone. I've been calling the reynoldsburg Walmart since yesterday and no answer whatsoever.I ordered a couple of items to be delivered to my home and paid the fee for Same day delivery and never got it. It kept saying it's delayed. I tried calling the store multiple multiple times to see if I can come pick it up and nothing. I was able to speak with customer service 1800# multiple times to see if they can be a change they can make in there end and they said nope. I had two options: 1 to wait it out until the end of the day today. -2 to be refunded which will take days for me to get back. I decided to wait it out.this is day 2 and it's 7:37p. Items still way delayed so I'm sure I won't be getting anything tonight. Ugh I hate that this is my local Walmart

They just switched to a new automated system for the pharmacy. IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!! Unless it was created to enrage people; then it works brilliantly. Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs.

Their is more product on the shelves in the garden section and back by the bathrooms by electronics. Literally store shelves empty and everything is outside going to waste. Piles of bikes and scooters getting rained on and pallets of bikes falling over. This store needs corporate to come in and do layoffs bc I feel bad honestly that this is a thieves and inside man's dream. So much stuff just getting trashed and wrote off.

I specifically looked up the operating hours for Reynoldsburg Walmart money center and it said it was open until 11 PM. I decided to call the store just to double check and of course nobody answered. So I drove there anyway just to find out they closed at 8! Complete total waste of my time like usual or, gotta love Reynoldsburg Walmart!

My walmart.com account was hacked. Someone at this location was planning to pickup over $600 worth of Apple products. I called to explain these were fraudulent and not to give the items to anyone who came to pick up. The worker on the phone rudely told me to call the main number repeatedly. I tried to explain further and she would interrupt and tell me to call the main number. I asked why she was being so rude and she proceeded to hang up on me. I already cancelled my cc and reported the charges. This was a courtesy call to make sure Walmart didn't lose products to a thief. I've never been hung up on in a professional call in my life--much less when I'm just calling to help the store out! Unbelievably rude. I will never shop there.

Very convienen for me since is extremely close to me. I talked maybe 2 times with staff and they were very helpful when I asked (but I heard not always). The only downside is the veggies since they are not good at any fruits or vegetables. Tip: they have Tostitos and Ruffles (from Mexico) and they are way better than the regular ones. Also they are on sale now at $2.50 each. I do recommend to grab a couple.

The people who work at this store are basically useless. It takes FOREVER to get anyone to answer the phone in any department (my most recent call took 14 minutes of the phone just ringing off the hook before someone answered and it wasn't even what I'd consider prime shopping hours for them to be that busy. I'm pretty sure they turn the ringers off) and then once you finally get someone on the phone they have NO clue about anything. Can't tell you if they have something in stock, can't tell you if/when school supplies will be in, can't even transfer you to the correct department if you happen to have chosen the wrong option. (I was hung up on 3 times by someone in Customer Service trying to transfer me to Electronics) On top of all this the employees are RUDE. I absolutely hate having to go into the actual store (even though on occasion I do have to because its the only Walmart anywhere near me)

Refused to cash a payroll check when I called the number on the slip of paper they gave the number basically said sometimes they won't cash payroll checks tough luck. Never had a problem cashing them at a walmart before this now me and my kids have had to wait several days over the weekend for my deposit to process. Never coming back here again worst walmart on the planet.

It is safe to say I'll never shop at this Walmart again! I'm not going to pull the race card because as a person of color I don't feel that's always needed. I had two carts filled with groceries equally approximately $400-$500....while checking out my first cart with bulk items I see a cashier come to the end of my lane and stare at me scan my items to the point I stare back until she feels uncomfortable and looks away, I scan a few more items and she stares again so I asked her is she going to come look at my id for my alcohol beverage? she was so startled I asked that she started shaking and was very nervous. She looked all in my basket trying to not make it noticeable that she thought I was stealing. Once I finished the 1st basket I got tired of being starred at so I payed and pushed the second basket to the front of the store. The greeter looked at my basket as I walked out and asked for my receipt. I kindly told her no, there was a cashier that watched me scan each and every item and also cameras that they could watch as I would be in the parking lot for a while unloading the basket into my car so they had ample enough time to review the cameras to see I had stolen anything. I finished my shopping at Target where I didn't get starred at for buying in bulk.

Overall, I try to avoid shopping in the large box stores, but on this occasion I had to go inside for a large order. It took a minute to get some help, but once I did, the manager was very helpful. He took my order and then told me he would call as soon as it was ready. He followed up by the end of the week, and we set a date that I would arrange pickup of my order. On the day of pickup, they had everything ready to go. They escorted me to the front of the register, I made the purchase, and they loaded it up. Overall a positive experience!
