Staff are very pleasant to talk to. They do everything in their power to get you in a vehicle. They even get a warranty for you, if anything goes wrong you pay a deductible and get your vehicle fixed at a super low cost.

This dealership sold me a 2008 **** F-150 XLT in which there were many problems within a month of owning it. after about 600 miles the power steering completely gave out. After the power steering gave out while driving, the truck fully lost power and wouldnt drive or start. I found out the problem stemmed from the flywheel that broke off from the crankshaft as well as the whole top half of the transmission broke off from the rest of the case which was caused from a severely dented driveshaft that should have never been driven on. The repairs are still being done but should have never been sold to anyone till the mechanical problems were fixed beforehand.

Called Wednesday. Phone options are 1. Enter your parties extension or 2. Dial by first letter of name. How is someone who has never dealt with this place supposed to know either? So I press every available option. Only 4 gets me a valid entry. Left my name and number & vehicle I’m interested in. Also sent email. Called again on Thursday. Sent Facebook messenger on Thursday. Called again on Friday. Called again on Saturday. Still no return calls, emails, or Facebook message,

After how we were treated, we will buy a car from you. 3 diffrent numbers i called that are listed and not a one of them lead your poor, horriable customer treatment. My husband message you about a truck. No message back. He message a second one. Your reply was unacceptable. SOLD!!!! Like we were a bother. Well this message took place on facebook and we can all tell when someone sees the message. If you reply the first time we would not message you a second time. Thanks for showing your true colors and being one of the most unprofessional companys ever!!!!
