We were disappointed with being told a part was changed, and it wasn't. We were told that they ordered a side mirror to replace the bad one, but he never ordered it. They are nice to deal with but the follow through doesn't happen after you purchase the vehicle.

So thankful that we went to Tricounty Cars! After a disappointing experience at a bigger dealership, we came to tricounty just hoping they could work with us and we could find something spacious enough for our travel needs. Jesse was AWESOME! He listened and took what we said to heart. He didn’t come at us with something out of our budget. He showed us great cars and we landed on a beautiful Nissan Rogue! Jesse and Bobby made the experience so pleasant, and super fast considering we had our 1 yr old with us. Thank you so much Jesse and Bobby! We will continue to see Tricounty for our car buying needs! ?

Have had nothing but great experiences with the people at this pre-owned car dealer. I have personally bought and sold cars to them and they have made every transaction smooth and swift. Staff is friendly and personable. I'd like to shout-out to Steve Ferrell who has made everything easy and less stressful each step of the way. Great place to get a pre-owned vehicle in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg area.

Liars Cheats dishonest and dealership. They want you to follow the contract but they don't want to follow the contract and Cancellation within 90 days is in the contract with a Letter of why!!!!! never go here if you want honesty. CANCEL !!! CANCEL!!!CANCEL!!!

Completely irritated with the Purchase of my 2013 Dodge Avenger . We bought the Car in Dec and immediately had issues, was told to take Car to Firestone. We have had the Car to Firestone 5 times and it's not fixed. We get the Car back which is still not fixed and now have a Transmission leak. We are being told now that we have to pay to get Transmission fixed. I would NOT recommend buying a car from these People. I will be contacting the BBB!! ?
