Went into this store location for a mattress. Employees acted like they didn't see us. Stood there for a minute to see store. Employees looked at us like we were not supposed to be there. So we walked out. SMH!

We were in the market for new box springs and mattresses. Our challenge was that the bed we were placing them on was a 100-year-old brass bed with a full-size mattress. We wanted to move up to a queen-sized mattress. A standard queen was too long at 80 inches. The Mattress Factory offers a short queen mattress and box springs in two different lengths. We purchased the ideal mattress for our needs with a less tall box spring. The company made the set to our needs. The delivery was only two weeks. Delivery was flawless. We want to recommend the Original Mattress Factory in Reynoldsburg. We need to replace the mattress and box spring on the bed in our guest bedroom. The bed is a treasured family antique that is 100 years old and is a ¾ bed on which we were using a full mattress. What we wanted was a queen box springs and mattress. A standard-size queen mattress is 60 x 80 inches which is too long. The Original Mattress Factory produces many special-sized mattresses. In the selection is a Short Queen with a diminution of 60 x 75 inches which would be tight but would work. At our reception at the Reynoldsburg store, we were warmly welcomed. During our discussion about sizes, we discovered that they make mattresses locally. Due to this, they could remove one row of coils to produce a short queen mattress that was 60 x 73.5 inches, which was ideal. Because our mattress was a custom build, two weeks were required for the manufacture. The delivery was outstanding in every way. What might have been a stressful purchase turned into a joy, plus we got exactly what we were looking for.

Great experience. No high pressure to buy. The sales person that I dealt with was very helpful. Was in the day before to check prices and get information about the mattresses and noticed that I had a tire on my car going down and he had a air compressor and topped off the tire for me. Talking about going about and beyond on customer service. His name is Ben Harmon. I strongly recommend this store. Prices are very reasonable.

RAY is the reason we purchased today!We need a new mattress, so we decided to do a little window shopping today with no intention of buying quite yet: just to see what type we were looking for.We ran into big sandy and weren’t even spoken to, were so overwhelmed by the options and zero explanation.I did a quick google and decided to swing by original mattress factory.Ray did a fantastic job of explaining everything, and walking us through the main differences in the beds and how they stack up with the competition. Also, the pricing was straight-forward and affordable.We ended up buying TWO mattresses today! Not just for ourselves but decided to go ahead get one for our daughter as well!When we left my husband agreed, if Ray wasn’t there we would have tested out some beds and left!Thanks so much Ray!

I have sent thousands on beds. So many that left me in tears in the morning with pain. I bought one from here and I love it pain is good and I love the adjustable base. Very clean and the salesman wore his mask the whole time. Thank you so much

I came looking for full sized bed. I was recommended by some family members to come here and I was super happy with the service provided. They delivered my bed in a week with no problems and the bed is comfortable and in perfect condition.

The salesman was very helpful when we went in to buy a new bed. I have back problems, and he had us try out different beds and explained the pros and cons of each. Once we made the purchase, and delivery set up, everything went smoothly. We got a call the night before giving us a two hour window. The following day after the call, the men came on time, and were very nice and respectful, and took out our old bed, and set up our new bed. The bed is very nice and comfortable, and my husband and I are very Happy with the whole experience of buying from the original mattress factory.

Our experience was great for a number of reasons. Ray thoroughly answered our questions, gave us quality comparisons of their mattresses vs. competitors, and help us understand what type of mattress is best for the position we sleep in. He was not only very thorough but friendly as well.We went across the street and didn’t receive the same service. The folks were nice but didn’t offer structural details or any of the information above. We went back to Ray and made the purchase on the same day.Our items were delivered within the window as promised. The delivery crew was out in less than 15 minutes. Fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced. They were also kind.Ray called a few days out to thank us for our purchase and to see if we needed anything else. He also sent a thank you card in the mail. The company’s customer service is impeccable!You will appreciate and be thankful for purchasing from The Original Mattress Factory.It was so great I wanted to call corporate to compliment them, but I didn’t get a chance to do so. It is a pleasurable experience when the company lives up to its promises.
