I would rate this establishment as a 0!!!! Terrible costumer service and communication. I have be coming to this location for years and after today I wilt spend another dime. The mechanic Josh was very rude and unprofessional, he sat there ignoring me as I waited for air for my tire. He yelled and told me to get out because i inched my car up slightly assuming that’s what I needed to do since we made eye contact, so he knew I needed service. I apologized and tried to explain that I was unaware as I never pulled up and someone intentionally ignore me while he chopped it up with a friend. What made matters worse was the owner jolene was across the street at the vapor shop and sided with her employees behavior. I am more than disappointed in how things were handled and hopefully she gets investigated. Terrible business and they have very racist characteristics. I also contacted the BBB, I’ve never experienced any type of rude behavior and it’s sad that we still have ppl like this working with the public at that. The lady at the counter was very polite and I really appreciate her intelligence, kind words and professionalism.

I wrote a long review explaining why they're all awesome at this location (mechanics and store staff) but I answered a phone call and it got deleted, so to summarize: I can't say enough good things about the people here, especially the mechanics. If you're looking for an honest mechanic that you'll want to go to for life, these are your guys.

Frank runs the best gas station/garage in Columbus hands down. He takes pride in his job, knowledgeable, fair and honest with whats going on with your car. He is the only one I will go to.

Stopped for air. Spent $2 in 10 degree cold and the pump did not work. My tire was nearly completely flat and my hands were frozen after spending 2 minutes trying to inflate a low tire. I went in for a refund and the lady says “not our machine, call the number on the machine.” It’s on your property right? I’ll never stop again

This is a very busy store. The staff members are friendly and there is a good variety of regular and specialty beers. The folks operating this store makes their customers feel like they are always welcome. Thank you!

great staff! This home town business isn't just a gas station is a place to see neighbors, were your kids can walk to to get a soda, pick up bate for a day of fishing. Thanks for being a staple in our community.

The last 2 generations of my family and I have taken our cars here forever. They treat you like family, never try to sell you anything unnecessary, very honest, and quick. Never will take my trucks and cars anywhere else.

good gas and garage prices, but the garage staff have typically been very rude. I've been insulted and even yelled at over the work I wanted done. The only thing keeping this from a one-star is that the staff at the counter are very nice.
